Pretty funny, i just called for a price, and within less than 2 minutes the guy starts getting angry about giving me a price and hangs up on me. Must be having a tough day...but still no way to run a business.

Extremely rude owner. He is unnecessarily aggressive and irritable.

I've been bringing vehicles here for over two decades. Their work is always to notch, and they treat customers honestly.

This is the worst encounter with a business I have ever had. Bottom line, they hit our car which was parked on a public street in front of their business (that my wife was sitting in at the time) and the first words out of the owner's mouth were "I didn't damage your EXPLETIVE car." Then the owner had the hubris to call my wife “an idiot” when she got out of the car to inspect it. The owner then proceeded to yell at me and make known his political preferences and how we were not accepted in the area. Do not attempt to interact with these folks at any cost.

Thank you so much for helping us for the whole day when we had trouble with our car. Everett Auto Clinic is a trusworthy place with very nice staff (especially the owner and Levi)!

We had car troubles during a roadtrip to Washington and were towed to Everett Auto Clinic. I have never seen such supportive staff. Everyone took the time to explain to us and show us the problem. They were available to help us find the ressources we needed to continue on our trip. We received more help and support than we ever thought we would have from the staff at Everett Auto Clinic. I highly recommend!

Highly unimpressive to say the least, and is it any surprise? There's a reason why auto repair shops aren't exactly the most prestigious institutions in our society. To be sure, this shop buttresses the stereotype.
I called to initiate the process of receiving an estimate for repair on a broken front axle, and I initially spoke with a young man who was very polite and attentive. He took down my information and said the owner, Jeff, had stepped out briefly but would be back any minute and would call me back within 15 minutes. After about an hour I had not received a call back yet (no problem—shops get busy; I understand), so I followed up by calling the shop back. Whereas earlier the young man had answered the phone professionally (stating the name of the business, etc.), this time Jeff himself answered with a simple "hello," followed by a long silence. I very plainly and uneventfully stated who I was and the reason for my call, but about 5 seconds into my sentence I was interrupted by Jeff announcing very loudly into the microphone that he doesn't give estimates over the phone and that I would need to bring the car in physically. This, of course, is entirely reasonable; I have no problem bringing the car in, and thank you for letting me know. But little did I know, the best part was yet to come. I wouldn't say that Jeff was screaming at me, but he was very clearly irritated that there was a customer—even a polite customer like me—on the phone at all, and he was being emphatic. Then, just as I was about to tell him thank you and I'll bring the car in, he hung up—just hung up the call entirely.
So to be clear, I can't fairly comment on the quality of the repair service at this facility, since I was not and will never become a customer of theirs, but if you're looking to do business with an even reasonably well-adjusted human who treats you like an actual customer (in any way, really), then I would personally suggest you look elsewhere. As for Jeff? Well, I wish him the best. Sometimes in life, people like this need our sympathies more than anything else.

If your in need of a good quality shop with a knowledgeable staff. Look no further, Everett Auto Clinic is the place.
Make the call, schedule an appointment, and bring the life back to your ride.
Even though they were booked Jeff, Levi, and their staff were able to get me fixed up and back on the road again.

Called about a check engine light, had done an OBD reader and knew what the light was probably about. I specifically called this establishment because they are one of the mechanics that also services under my car's warranty program and over the phone made it VERY clear I wanted other things looked at, and the reason why I was coming here was because they also service under my warranty. Was told I would have to leave my car for about a week in order to do so. Was given a time to be there a few days later.
Showed up as scheduled. When I got there I was told I'd have to pay a $195 diagnostic fee, and ALL they were going to fix was the reason I told them was wrong, via the OBD reader - to get me 'drivable' again. I went on to say that the only reason I was willing to wait and pay any extra fees was because they are under my warranty program and I needed other things looked at. I was quickly dismissed and told they don't have time for that. I ended up leaving without my repair, especially when I have to pay the diagnostic fee ON TOP OF ANY REPAIR, and they were only going to work on the issues that I had already CLEARLY DIAGNOSED.
Anyways, went with Matt at Nix Auto Care and couldn't be happier. He asked that I make a list of what I want looked at and there was only a $100 diagnostic fee, but if I wanted to do any repairs with them that would be waived and I'd only have to pay for any repairs.
These guys are shady and obviously time crunched. I ABSOLUTELY would've paid anything required to get my vehicle to what it needed to be, but they just didn't have the time or empathy for my situation.
I highly suggest shopping around if your thinking about using this company. One of the worst in the greater Seattle area.

They were very helpful explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and giving recommendations even though they didn't have the specific tool to fix it that day. Very straightforward, no nonsense guys.

I made an honest mistake and called the wrong mechanic shop. The guy Jeff was very unprofessional and rude. I rarely give reviews but this shop deserves people who are more friendly. He said, “I have been here since 1994, you got the wrong shop dude.” Then hangs up is not okay. I don’t care how long you been there and I’m not your dude. I will never do business with you if you work there. I won’t tell my friends or family. Keep being rude and your business will suffer.
Edit: They commented and said I yelled at them but never did. ? I calming explained that my car started running weird after getting it checked. Cars are funny and weird and I get that cars will run weird when not running right. Jeff put me on hold. I lost service and called back and he was very rude. So many excuses and not professional enough to take the blame for being rude.

Horrible experience the guy Jeff at the front counter is absolute rude individual. My son had a CarHop car that he has had less than 3 months and he took it there to get some work done and every time we called to get updates on what was going on the gentleman was rude to my son and then in the end my son had to pay $203 for a DIAGNOSTIC test and NO WORK was done

Great customer service. They fit me into their over booked schedule, resolved the issue quickly, and charged a very fair price. I have found the preferred shop for all of my auto service needs.
