Do not go to this gym unless your fully committed, I tried to cancel cuz I can’t afford it anymore and I asked if I could cancel and one of their employees told me yes and even showed me how and where to cancel then later on I got an email saying that wasn’t possible unless I can prove I’ve moved a certain number of miles away or basically pay the rest of the months I have left on my contract. So now I’m stuck paying for a gym I don’t wanna go to cuz not only can I not cancel, every time I got an inbody scan they told me I should get the most expensive membership to see more results cuz I’m obviously not getting any results which was so rude made me feel insecure and big. My last gym never did that to me, So unless your fully committed to this gym and think it’s amazing I wouldn’t go, rather go to LA fitness or Planet fitness heard you can cancel anytime over at those gyms idk how the employees are but at least you won’t get stuck paying for a gym membership you don’t want anymore.Edit: I no longer go to this gym and will never return there’s no need to “make it right” unless you guys wanna give a refund for the months I didn’t go to your gym up till my membership ended

Had such a great experience. I travel frequently for work and this place was a wonderful surprise while in town. They have CrossFit based classes and an indoor track. Treadmills and weights were great. Eli was extremely helpful and made my visit 10/10. Will definitely be back when I’m in town.

This location isn’t worth your time or money. I spoke with a previous member who told me that the guest day pass used to be $15 and now it’s double! That aside, the manager gave me the option of a tour of the facility or paying for a day pass. I decided to take the tour but when they found out I was visiting out of town and don’t have one of there gym locations where I live…They said I have no other option but the day pass…mind you this is after waiting a couple minutes & signing the waiver. I’m not even that upset…just disappointed. Do better ?♂️ look at the other reviews and you’ll see that the equipment/place needs maintenance as well that isn’t being done. Don’t waste your money or time. Take care✌️

Emerald City Athletics in Everett is a great place to work out at. Everyone is great that works out and works there are fun and inspiring. Dallas that works at the front desk is a super cool dude. He inspires and pushes me to do my best. Stop by and check it out. Worth it.

Ok between the bait and switch for the price I was quoted for renewal of my annual membership and now the constant setting the thermostat at 70 degrees. I can’t really recommend this gym anymore. The thermometer at the desk with show 69 and thermostat behind the front desk/wall will show 68. As a result the cardio/main room will run heat none stop. This is not acceptable for a gym. At most mid 60s even after multiple complaints the mornings will be set for heat. The thermostat will be biased since it’s close to the main entrance. If the staff at the front is cold, bundle up or use a space heater. The rest of us should not be forced to endure 70 deg temps without even working out.

If you read the reviews you will see a trend. They will not give you a refund or cancel your membership unless you have tons of documentation. Which I gave them. My daughter canceled or tired to cancel in January. Was denied. I then canceled all three of us with tons of documentation. I mean a drs note because I can not drive that far because we are moving, my daughter’s college letter because she will be in Pullman, and my new address. Then 30 emails later of back and forth with the accountant. She said we were cancel and then was not and surprised to have all of or dues come out when she said we were canceled. Then she said we would get refund and only got a little part of it. Then again back and forth. It was so unprofessional. I have never had this much of an issue to cancel or get a refund for what I’m owed. I asked to talk to her boss she said she doesn’t have a boss that she is the boss then said she was sending me a check. Then said that she wasn’t sending me a check that my balance was paid off and I’m all good even though I didn’t receive it yet. i’ve never been treated like this before. My daughter tried to cancel in January with the same documentation that was accepted to cancel all three of us. Then when I told her that she needs to look into my daughter trying to cancel in January she said she couldn’t find any emails. She kept on apologizing because she made mistake after mistake over and over again. Do not get a membership at this gym. They will not cancel you even if you lose your job have a doctors note saying you can’t work out. Or even if you’re moving. They’ll hold onto your money until you’re black and blue in the face. I will never get a gym membership ever again. This is the first gym membership that my kids and I have ever had. Now they never want to go to a gym again. I’ve never been treated this way ever ever , read the reviews there’s a couple more like mine about how they won’t refund your money.

I have joined this gym 3 times. And what's stopping me again in the crazy starting fees... I am a single mom of 2 that really needs to lose the weight. I was so pressured before & felt forced to buy all the supplements. I went and cried in my car afterwards. I didn't have the money for that, but they wouldn't leave me alone.... overall I like the sauna. & price (when ur charged correctly) is not bad.... can't really afford to go no where else, so I guess people with little money have to endure stuff like this. Too many trainers walking around staring at you and whispering to other trainers.Sad.... Dissapoitment.... cuz I really really wanna like it....

Lots of options and equipment, unfortunately it all looks nice, until you spend some time here. When you walk in there’s usually about 2-4 employees just standing around at the front desk on their phones. They greet you most of the time, but that’s about the extent of their work responsibilities. Every free weight and gym plate is scattered through out the facility, no organization, no clean up, no up keep. I understand members should put equipment back after use, but when you have 3 employees standing around at the front desk all day doing nothing…. Seems like they could maybe walk the gym and keep things organized.Ceiling tile panels in the main area are broken, water stained and some panels even look like they could fall and seriously hurt someone.Massive holes in the hardwood floors, some are covered with cardboard and rubber mats to hide the issue. Others have steel plates screwed in with 1/2 inch screws that have ripped out of the hard wood and now cause a steel plate to stick up off the floors. When it rains the walls and ceiling leak, flooding the floor of the gym, with huge puddles around equipment. And the solution is to use plastic to drain water into a garbage can.The only climate controlled area is the front desk where said employees hang out. Other wise in the summer it’s hotter in the gym than it is outside and in the winter it’s bone chilling cold. Also no WiFi… I mean they have it, but it only works if you want to hang out with the lazy employees at the front desk. Also it doesn’t matter what membership you pay for, you can still use all and everything they offer except classes. So if you want to use massage beds, tanning, pool, etc. just get the cheap basic membership, they don’t care to check if you actually pay for the extra amenities or not. It’s open to everyone. My wife and I paid for a whole year in full, over $2000 cash up front. You get 6 months free paying in full. But when you pay that much money up front and the people that collect that money just shrug off complaints and nothing gets fixed or maintained, its safe to say it’s a waste of money and your “membership” is definitely not appreciated. We will be leaving this slum of a gym.
