The clerk working was extremely rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t listen to what I actually needed, and just kept trying to sell me bubble pipes. I ended up walking out and going to a different smoke shop across the street. I don’t recommend coming here.

First time order Vintage GUCCI bag from Lily Vintage, went well.Second order purchasing Givenchy Bag from MW Showroom, I was so exited when UPS came on the day I predicted to come. When I open the package it was Moschino items ?. Can believe, how despoiled !!! I contact the seller was not help, she/he said, “I’m just the host”. When I said I hope your aren’t scam, then she/he gave me email address to contact. Anyway until today I still have not got my bag it’s already one month since I order. .

This place has the worst staff. One Lady who made me write this review looks like she's on drugs, and was extremely rude. No discount prices, you actually pay more. This place is a joke!!

I went to this store for a couple of small items, and Tobi was working cleaning and stocking. She stopped what she was doing and greeted me with a big smile, and asked how she could help me. She answered every question with a smile, and told me to hurry back as I was leaving. This girl needs a raise and a huge pat on the back. I will stop buy again just to see that beautiful smile and warm greeting.

The lady in there used money already laying on the counter to pay for what I'd purchased. When I asked her about it, she explained to me that it was money some left to buy a beer. Which didn't explain why she was using that money confused, I just laid the money I had onto the counter thanked her and left. I believe she was high. I think she is every time I go there. So just watch your transactions here, because she's not.

Been going here since i was 18 and today they lost my service the blond lady that works there carded me which is absolutely fine but i said i knew the owner again iv been going there since i was 18 i never said how well she starts intergating me about his wearabouts and what his name is. I dont know since i typically keep out of other peoples buisness and keep to myself but she was very disrespectful and then refused me service after all the attitude she gave me

I was in the Everett area a few months ago and stopped into the smoke shop and what a pleasant surprise. The young lady behind the counter was a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. Tobi is her name and I couldn't have been more delighted to find a person that was eager to help me out. I live in Woodinville and have been back a few times. Will continue to shop here for my "smokes". You've got a winner behind the counter!

Came in for a 10mm rig piece, I look young so I wasn't surprised to be asked for my ID. Lady tried to make checking my ID more of a hassle than it should have. Once I told her that I was 21 and have never been treated this way she started trying to gaslight me and say that I was getting mad that my ID was being checked... Girl, first of all. Learn to read a mf license because I turn 22 soon lmao never going there again
