We were there for an event and I can not say enough about this wonderful staff. From the minute I checked in I felt comfortable and the hotel staff made us feel as if this was our home away from home for the weekend. Special Thanks goes to Ennus, Marlene, Grace, the Wonderful Bistro staff and housekeeping!! The location and price were also a mn added Bonus!!

Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located in Everett close to the arena (where we had a work conference). The Hotel front desk man (forgot his name, sorry) was so helpful and friendly. Close to local restaurants and bars.
Rooms: Spacious and clean.
Nearby activities: Funko factory, everett event center
Safety: Hotel staff told us women what areas around the venue to avoid to ensure our safety. Hotel itself has a key fob to get in at later hours

Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, from desk to maintenance to housekeeping to The Bistro. I did not have high expectations for The Bistro based on the menu, but it turned out to be great! Except for street noise (we chose a harbor view), the room seemed fairly soundproof from other hotel noise. The whole property was very clean. The underground parking was safe and easy. We stayed while attending an event at the arena and would definitely stay again.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, and events at the arena.
Safety: We were walking back late at night and felt safe.
Walkability: Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and the arena.
Food and drinks: The Bistro has a small menu, but the food and drinks were great.

Great place, friendly staff and easy parking - close to main attractions in Everett but the city is quite spread out. Regardless this is a good central affordable location for mid-range to higher end accommodations.
Rooms: Standard sized- nice big bathrooms, and very clean.

Had a work assignment here and the front desk lady was super kind and the lobby was impeccably clean. They also had a bunch of fire pits in the front courtyard which is cool.

Although it is far from downtown Seattle, parking is free and there are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient. 40 minutes by car to the city.

A good hotel with parking in downtown Everett. I was here for a whole week the cleaners were checking the room daily and everything was well maintained.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet room. Underground parking was convenient. Super close to Angel of the Winds Arena. Within walking distance to eateries.

It's a typical Courtyard with secure underground parking.
The staff is friendly and there's a limited restaurant on site. Sadly they serve Starbucks.
Four problems:
1. They do not offer daily room cleaning. I think it's every three days. They didn't tell me this at check-in.
2. The bathroom sink in my room drained very slowly.
3. The bathroom sink faucet is set too far back from the basin. It's very easy to put your hands under the faucet and splash water all over the back of the countertop. It's really annoying.
4. No robes.

Ennis at the front desk was outstanding. A very warm welcome from him. I was surprised that parking was paid. There is also no continental breakfast, seems like everything here is extra. The body wash was broken off in the shower and the faucet fell off when turned.
Overall it was an ok, quiet stay. But the upcharging for standard items and the broken bath items were less than par. Granted, the bath items are likely specific to the room I stayed in, but the standard is well below the typical Marriott experience.
Rooms: Rooms are pretty basic. Bed was comfortable, and for the most part the room was quiet.
Nearby activities: There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Angel of the Winds Arena is within walking distance.

Stayed there last night and left today at 11:30am. I forgot my 2 rings on the tv ledge. My husband phoned thi evening and spoke to the lady. He told her the story and asked if someone stayed in room 823. The lady said no one was staying there. It is Sunday night so no surprise there.
My husband had her on speaker phone and she said nothing was reported found. She said she would leave a note for the maid the next day.
I then said to her that these were my rings and not a scarf and if she could please have someone go up and check. Again with an annoyed tone, she said she would leave a note for the maid and then continued to say someone was staying in that room. I said a minute ago you said no one was staying there to my husband. Then she became belligerent and kept talking and not listening when I tried to ask to speak to a manager. She then hung up on me. I will be calling in the morning to speak to a manager. I am so upset.
Please do not forget anything in the room. The odds of retrieval are nil. Just wow.
