Today was the third time I've received a call that my prescription was ready only to go and be told it was out of stock. Today was especially frustrating because I received a call that my prescription was ready for pick up and the last one in stock and went through the process of updating my insurance and manufacturers coupon. When I went to the window I was told it was an "error". I could see the refrigerator window and the medication I was supposed to pick up. When I asked about it she said she had filled it for another patient.

Do not sign you or your family up with this pharmacy. Terrible customer service. It's like they don't ACTUALLY want you to pick up your prescription. I have been suffering from a lung infection and I had to wait for their designated time to pick it up. I went at that time and was told another hour at least. I am actively looking for a different pharmacy for my family to use because Costco doesn't care how sick you are or if you have access to the medications you need to survive. They just do what they want and goof about. Yall should be ashamed.

I get a lot of my prescriptions from Costco and have never had a problem and their prices are often lower too

Staff is fast and efficient even when there is a long line. I've never had any problems pick up mine or my family's prescriptions. I am willing to make the drive here because they are also better priced then other pharmacies.

I have been to this Costco 3 times for two different series of travel vaccines. One of them was a series of three and one was a series of two.The series of three is a very large shot and has to be administered slowly. The first two times I went there was an AMAZING pharmacist who helped me. I left with no pain, no bruising, etc. I think he was named Duc. The third shot was done by a Pharmacist from China. I cannot remember her name. I warned her that the shot was big and asked her to be sure to go slow. She did not and it was incredibly painful. Additionally, I have a bruise that is larger than a golf ball on my arm. It is still very painful on day three. If only all pharmacists could be like Duc.This would be a one star review but Duc made my experience good the first two times.

I wish more people who had positive experiences would share! Even after seeing the negative reviews, I transferred my prescriptions from Fred Meyer to Costco because of the significant price difference, not to mention having to wait in a long line inside or at the drive-thru. I have been back to Costco several times to pickup refills, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescription. The staff is efficient, and friendly.

Made a 4pm appointment for my daughters Covid Vacc. I was told they were “ wide open”. We went in at 3:45 n signed in. At 4:20 I went and asked about the wait n was told there are just soooo many people. At 4:35 people after us were being called back. At 4:40 the gal at the counter finally went and asked because she was probably wondering herself. She told me that it will be another 10-15 Bz they forgot to take it out of the fridge….. the anticipation for my daughter was awful but waiting almost an hour made it 100x worse. SMH, they shouldn’t be allowed to administer the vaccine. They clearly have no clue what they are doing which really scared me.

Headed out of Seattle and we got the call--can you pick up a resupply? It was from the home base on the San Juan islands where groceries, in any kind of bulk, will cost you.So we got off the freeway and pulled up to this Costco for gas and copious amounts of fruit and cheese. They had most everything we were looking for, but being Costco noobs, we actually didn't know the layout especially well and had to find our way around haphazardly. The good news is, they weren't metering entry. The bad news is, they weren't metering entry. There are only a few truths I know in life, chief among them is this: Don't shop at Costco on a Saturday. I violated this and paid the price of a long line and zigzagging to avoid other carts. Kudos though for providing hand sanitizer and ensuring everyone has a mask on. All told, a successful resupply and we were back on the road headed to the ferry terminal.

This message is specifically for the Tire Center, and to give appreciation to CJ. He helped me and went above and beyond what I intended to come in for. He was informative on what Costco offers in their deals, the tires they have available, and what they could work with when I had a budget to give me the best quality. During times like this where I know we are all on edge and things a pretty tense in all of our lives, thank you CJ for providing what I think Is genuine customer service and for making what I was originally an inconvenience into an easy solution.

I was shopping for a new gaming laptop and Costco offers the most comfortable warranty services when it comes to something like a $1000+ computer. The Costco Electronics Department had been very supportive and easy to get along with, not to mention their great explanation on how their warranty system works. I bought their MSI GE75 laptop that was on sale and the specs are way too good for the price, including the extra warranties on top. As I started the laptop, everything from packaging to the laptop operation worked flawlessly. I couldn't ask a better store to buy a laptop during the COVID 19 crisis. The laptop with the i7 10750H, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD and 512 SSD, and a RTX 2060 more than enough on a setup like this. This large laptop that's 17 inches wide, weighs slightly less than 6 Ibs., and has a full size keyboard; its hard to compare other laptops with other retails, and other alternatives with similar services and offers from Costco. As far as how the laptop works, everything works as expected, the nice backlit keyboard, smooth 144hz screen, and almost every game was able to play around 60 FPS at Ultra settings. The fans for the cooling is well insulated and OMG, the speakers on this laptop is some of the best I ever heard on a portable PC device. This is no doubt, the best option to get a gaming laptop during sales, especially with all the offers included on details.
