I get my care here for my travel agency. I get everything done here before and during assignments. Everyone has been fantastic, friendly and they are very professional. Recomenations to come before noon if you want to be seen quickly because this is a busy and popular location!

I want to leave a review mostly praising the staff and doctor that me and my daughter saw today. From the start, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of and were so friendly. They had snacks and juice, and just made our time the best that it could be. One star off because the wait time unfortunately was quite a bit, but it is like that everywhere .Thank you from my daughter and myself !

Incredibly friendly staff. Nurse that gave me immunizations was fast and professional. You leave this office with a positive, personal, family like feeling. Everyone talks to you as if they know you. That doesn’t happen very often.

The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Good energy all around. Given there was a wait time for me to be seen which everyone should understand they’re doing all they can. I highly suggest coming here for any care you need.

I wish I could leave a good review. I have been sent here multiple times by my employer for different reasons. I am almost always the first person through the door when the open in the morning and always readily have what I need for whatever service I am here for. I always have to wait at least an hour, sometimes 2, and watch multiple people go in front of me, many of whom walked in up to an hour after me. And it doesn't matter what service you are waiting on, drug test, TB skin test, lab draw, mask fit test, etc. I often am required to fill out the same paperwork twice, both online and on paper. The nurses are nice enough and the provider onsite is pleasant. Otherwise, the facility is very poorly managed and even with proper planning you need to be prepared to sit and wait for hours at a time.

For some reasons the nurses ask questions by looking at you instead of verbally stating their questions. Super rude and annoying. I had an appointment and I've still been waiting for 2 hours.And they rush you through everything. They wanted to give me my TB test while getting my blood pressure and i hate needles so they recorded my blood pressure as 130/80. While my blood pressure from 3 days ago was 110/60.

Loni Fitzgerald saved my life. I came all the way from Bellingham to get my blood work done I found out I was too late but they made an exception for me and rushed my screening. Loni was also very gentle and professional when it came to taking my blood. Alicia L another worker there also has a very humorous and upbeat positive personality that makes everyone in the room smile.If I wouldn’t have made this screening I would have had to wait a month to be employed at my work not to mention waste a 75 mile trip (1 hr 10 min drive) from where I came from. This location is such a hidden gem because it’s in Painesfield but I highly recommend. However they probably won’t always be able to make this exceptionI’d suggest getting there before 12pm if you need blood work so you don’t put yourself in a bad spot. They don’t generally take blood after 12.

I went to Concentra to obtain medical certification for my commercial drivers license. The staff were very helpful and friendly and professional. The Doctor Who performed my examination was also polite and professional. The only reason I was giving the experience a nine out of ten was because they were very busy and I had to wait for a couple hours.

I waited for hours and hours for a walk in pre-employment physical, only due to the Healthcare nature of the facility, and I was witnessing the most disrespectful behavior of others who's lives were inconvenienced by this wait time. Can we all just agree that there are a LOT of people in everett and surrounding areas? People get hurt, people need help, and when people try to help them by working non stop to get these people taken care of the staff are met with impatience and insult. There was a man who was particularly concerned with me that was a patient, and not in a way that was healthy, and the staff saw that and made sure I made it out of the facility safe just in case he wasn't going to harm me somehow. I was calm, I waited, I was harassed by others there that were being seen for a physical, and I watched those employees do everything in their power to do anything they could for ALL of us. This facility has people that care. The wait times, the nature of the facility and the inconvenience of spending my day there are not in question. The staff were absolutely doing their best at all times, even for the ones who treated them poorly. Be kind to everyone, we have to wait sometimes, get over it and find compassion for the ones who hurry to help you in this facility. If I could give every patient a rating on Google, I would and it would absolutely have suggestions to them, I only have encouragement for the clinic staff; Thank you guys, I know it's hard, but I see you!!

I came in for my DOT physical, around 9:15am during the work week, without an appointment and was helped efficiently! The nurse brought be back quickly. My only frustration was waiting to see the doctor. It took about 1.5 hours total. Everyone was very nice and professional. Doctor seems to really care about his patients.

I have become a regular here over the years and “Paine Field” location is my preference when given a choice . The location is convenient and the staff are professional. They work hard at trying to get you in quickly but sometimes can be very busy . Make sure you get there by 3:30 PM because that is basically their last walk-in time prior to closing at 5:00 PM and this location’s is not open on the weekend , but there are other locations that “are open” on the weekends. ??

It was a wonderful crew who gave me a streamlined and easy experience. Even with a slight complication with my testing process, it was handled professionally and articulated to me in an intuitive and straightforward manner. They clearly deal with a lot of obstinate people, but have the guts and patience to handle the problems that come their way.

For the 2nd time in the past few years, I was scheduled with LabCorp for a simple urine drug screen. Both times I scheduled an appt and called the location to make sure I had signed up correctly, only to be turned away with a full bladder and employees telling me they are sorry, but offered no help. The employee today would not even call the locations she did know could provide the service because I didn't have an appt, but I did with the Mill Creek LabCorp location. The first time this happened, I was helped by a few people and finally ended up at the Concerta Urgent Care near the Boeing Airport. The front office manager Loni, helped me and did not make me feel like an inconvenience at all. She gave me her card, had me call my employer and helped me through the process. And she held my place in line. I was so impressed. So today after being turned away from my scheduled and confirmed appt with LabCorp, I went back to Concerta. Same process, completely professional and caring attitude from Loni and the clinic staff. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I hugged them because I was so grateful. It is difficult enough to have to prove yourself every time you receive a new job offer, but I wish more people were like Loni, and more companies were like Concerta. A++++ Service! She wouldn't even let me buy her lunch!

I go to Concentra near Paine Field for my DOT medical certification. They are friendly and specialize in DOT physicals, UA and Breathalyzer testing. And although they said it might be a 2-3 hour wait, I was in and out within an hour.
