Dr. Hennager is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and I’ve never felt more comfortable having work done. I neglected my health for a long time and had almost given up on having a decent smile, but with procedures and encouragement I’m improving. I appreciate this clinic, Vanessa is a funny, warm, excellent assistant and the people working the front desk are kind and always professional. This clinic is important to me and I’m grateful for their care.

Zero complaints with community health center and rave reviews for my Dr's within. Dr Mount Joy never ceases to impress me with her ability and willingness to provide the highest levels of care in the face of far greater challenges than many patient's combined. Having fewer resources and less time magnify how lucky and truly blessed I am to have such a great Dr.

Jacob Memmott at the Broadway North clinic is one of the best PAs I’ve ever had in all my years. Memmott reminds me of a a small town country doctor. Memmott makes me feel heard, and asks how I feel or what my thoughts are, as to whatever plan of treatment I am receiving at that visit. I never feel rushed during our visits. Even after he’s finished with me and about to leave, he always asked one more time if I forgot anything, AND GET THIS Dr Memmott doesn’t stand up until I say no that’s all thank you. So in general 9 out of 10 times I had an appt literally from the minuteI’m called by the medical assistant I feel like I’m always heard by the medical assistant, as well as Dr Memmott. Everyone I’ve encountered there have been both friendly as well as professional. There’s been only one time since Memmott has provided my care that I had wait more than 5 min for the Dr to come in. That was only because I was a walk in/work in appt. So I had to give my opinion about this clinic.If you want a provider that looks at you while greeting you upon walking in the room that actively listens and hears you, and genuinely cares about his patients. One that will include you in your treatment and health choices. One that does NOT rush you and remembers to follow up on any question or concerns you may have.Answers emails fast and takes time to see you even when he’s booked solid Than I highly recommend PA Jacob Memmott , as well as all the other providers that work at the CHC of Broadways north office providers.

Dr Mountjoy is a great dr. The staff are amazing as well.My experience with my appt was very pleasant and I was made very comfortable and the dr and staff were very respectful and Dr.Mountjoy listened to my concerns.I want to thank everyone at CHC for the kindness that I was shown

Hanna Filitovich, PA Is a wonderful provider.She listens to your concerns and is knowleadgeable.Also, she guides you in your care plan and is v. Thorough.Thank you for a pleasant visit.The entire staff was really nice.

I've been a patient here for about 3 years now. Though sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment as soon as I would like, my provider is welcoming, comforting, understanding and completely knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Cooper Couch, PA!

I saw Cooper Couch yesterday and I thought he was amazing! Others I’ve seen there… well let’s just say I wasn’t as impressed but he was fantastic, very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I’m making him my new PCP ?

I have been a patient of Jacob M for over a year now, he is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Every visit he is ready to hear what I have to say and takes time to talk to me about my medical concerns and questions, Whenever I have needed documentation for work or referrals he makes sure I don't leave without them ,he addresses every issue I have medically at the time of my appointment. He never seems to forget what we talked about at our last visit and has always made sure I leave feeling better. His nurse is amazing she's always on point and caring she is great with my kids and easy to talk to . I always know what to expect when I go to my appointments at chc the front desk staff are very nice and have always treated me and my kids with respect. I will continue my care at CHC as long as the clinic is there ?

Reception didn't have the fax I sent over the day before and luckily I had a copy in my car, but it worked out in the end. The Technician was knowledgeable and did a good job, but I couldn't hardly understand what she said. Dr Kim was great! He was a gentle, kind and thoughrough dentist, even though I didn't have a full exam, x-rays or a cleaning. He assessed my chipped molar, showed me the issue on the x-ray and talked to me about a treatment plan. I was a bit nervous to go to CHC, as I used to be a medical patient there and usually had challenging experiences. Thank you CHC Dental for doing well!

In the last 3 years I've had 5 doctors, none of my actual problems have been properly diagnosed. They continue to lose or not send my referrals, when they are sent the proper info is missing. I've been dealing with joint and nerve pain threw 65% of my body , I still have no Medication to help with either, nor have I been offered . My medical charts are lacking in information , it took 2 years before they entered info on my charts , they did all the info for multiple visits at the same time. I was cut off my anxiety meds without notice after having been on them since 2019 , I spoke with a doctor shortly after & still no word about a refill or change in meds. They have continued to avoid my request to have basic labs done to verify if im fertile or still only bleeding , I was told they would referr me to obgyn , can't get the obgyn to make me an appointment because my issue is not as important as other women , they said this just after I was asked who my medical provider was. I have recently been switched to another doctor whom I've never met and would like to be able to put a face to the name on my previous prescription that I fought to have filled. I only get 22 days of meds and its been well over 40 I am very unimpressed and feel like a number not a patient.I did receive a female check up last month and the doctor was very polite and professional he seemed as though he was listening , the nurse was kind and the office clean. Its not the doctor care that sucks its everything stated above. I don't think they have enough doctors and they have to many patients so we are all suffering.I will continue to receive care there I have no other options .

Iam a patient with Dr Mizitawni for over 7 years ,whatever I say will not be enough because she is more than amazing.I feel safe in her hands. She is kind and very nice and she has great sense of humanity doing her best to save your teeth.Thank you so much for everything you do for us and plz CHC you suppose to do your best to keep such valuable asset in your clinic.

I made an appointment for a Pap smear and I was very clear when I made the appointment that was what it was for. Upon arrival everyone was very nice and timely. But then they told me the provider I was scheduled with does not do PAPs. Like how is someone in primary care if they can not do one of the most simple cancer screening that 50% of the population need. It seems so bizarre to me. So, it makes me wonder how competent the doctors and providers are if they don’t know how to find a cervix.
