Hanna Filitovich, PA Is a wonderful provider.She listens to your concerns and is knowleadgeable.Also, she guides you in your care plan and is v. Thorough.Thank you for a pleasant visit.The entire staff was really nice.

I've been a patient here for about 3 years now. Though sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment as soon as I would like, my provider is welcoming, comforting, understanding and completely knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Cooper Couch, PA!

Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and additional services to nearly 70,000 individuals. For over 40 years, CHC has provided services to Snohomish County residents who face barriers to health care with the mission to provide our diverse community with access to high quality, affordable primary health care.
