A lot of terrible people -treat kids like trash. Staff do not care about these kids. I would know, I lived in the Cocoon House.Very discriminatory, especially to the LGBT youth. Fights, verbal harassment are common.Really awful times there, thank God I got out. Better to be homeless than a Cocoon House kid.

Hey there Cacoon! In a House ! I love your outreach team so much that they've encouraged me to do better live better and be peaceful ! Id like to thank the whole entire outreach team of cacoon house because they are really nice and respectful when it comes to asking for help or where to place certain items. Ilove your food its the bombest of the bomb everyone there are loving and careing for one another team work has the best of it all ! Thankyou so much Cacoon house advocates right on !:)

Amanda Fox "house" horrible "advocate! Pray no child hangs out here and gets her! She'll advocates for YOUR child to be homeless. Doesn't follow cocoon House policies or the law. Aids runaways in never going home living in tents and hotels with local homeless addicts and getting pregnant "as long as that's what they want" I pray no one ends up with her or here or donates money to this fraudulent shelter

Y’all did Marie Adler so dirty lol… even if she was lying (which at this point we all know she was telling the truth), what purpose does it serve to ostracize her from her peers? By forcing her to tell her friends and neighbors that she lied? Creating a horrible and isolating living situation for someone who, regardless of what you believed at the time, needed counseling and legal help. And that is your guys’ policy you actually stand behind? I can’t imagine the purpose of such a policy

Doesn't actually help homeless kids, they say they'll help give you numbers and as you call you get told they can't help and just give you more numbers. They literally recommend each other to each other but do absolutely nothing. Doesn't deserve the hype it has. Doesn't help teen moms either. Gets people's hopes up when they have none already to disappoint some more smh

It was a very discriminating, and insulting experience having gone through an interview with these folks. They certainly lack the experience and qualifications to properly bring a candidate through a professional process.I am a graduate fron WWU with BA interviewing for a measley 19 an hour position that I could have done with my eyes closed. But since I am a man, was properly discriminated against..Some things are just too obvious when almost everyone on board is female. Diversity should include a work place that allows for people like me. Latino, male, with tattoos. Etc.

If you need youth services, these guys are the people to talk to. They have all the information you could need to help you get the help you need. Appointments are required though.
