0 stars. Absolutely disgusting horrendous service. They BROKE the key to our vehicle, replaced the ignition and key without even TELLING us, and then charged us $100. That key was 30 YEARS OLD and they just left it lying broken on the floor of our vehicle. In addition the front interior of the bus had been removed and left on the floor exposing the engine, and a bucket of work scraps and tools was left in our vehicle.
They did not call us once to give any updates in 3 weeks. When we did call they were incredibly rude to us “what did you drive here with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake?”
We have avoided having our bus worked on for several years because it is difficult to find someone to work on such an old vehicle. This absolute nightmare is exactly what we were afraid of and why we were hesitant to trust someone.
Furious and disgusted by the absolute garbage way we were treated by these people. Saying I will never return is an under statement. Other than when I return to demand our money back.

0/10 work and service, AVOID this location.
We brought our car in because it died twice and we couldn't figure out why (already tested battery, alternator, over 2.5k miles left until an oil change was due, etc)
All Chuck's Chevron did was top off the oil (not even an oil change), drive around on it to test that it didn't die, then called it a day and charged us OVER $200.
Thanks, I could have gone to an O'Reilly's and topped off the oil, and continued driving on it myself for less than $30.
No diagnostic info, no insight, not so much as an oil change. Absurdly low effort for unreasonably high price - this would be high even for an oil change.

Was headed over the pass to my daughters wedding in North Idaho and my new Ford escape started going into limp mode. Buddy got me in and took care of business in less than hours, I know they took pity on me, but it was so appreciated, I mean soooo unheard of especially in a Metro area! Repair was awesome, reasonable price and cruised over and back with no issues!

I was referred here by Factory Direct Tire Pros when they couldn't completely align my front end due to a part failure in the steering box. At Chuck's, Bucky knew the exact problem and got me in and out in just 2.5 hours! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with my questions.

Very pleasantly surprised. When your RV dealer tells you they can’t get you in for 4 months, and Chuck’s is able to get you in the same day, you start to think this must be too good to be true. Just needed oil changes on RV and generator, but they were very helpful, friendly, and fast. They also diagnosed a break issue, requiring a software update…and fixed it while I waited. I hesitate to let you all know how satisfied I was, just in case they get flooded with new customers…but they deserve it, and I’ll certainly use them again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Huge heartfelt thank you to Bucky and the service team. We had a worst case scenario with our RV engine. Bucky worked tirelessly with our warranty provider and Ford to get a new engine for the RV, and even had to get a second engine sent after the first replacement had issues from Ford. Bucky kept us apprised of what was happening every step of the way, whether it was good news or bad. We will definitely keep Chucks Service as our primary service and care mechanic for our Ford chassis RV!Service: Engine repair

I personally used to work for this Chevron. It's one of the rare gems of a gas station. The service center is amazing and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. A rare mechanics shop where you don't have to give a right arm and left kidney to have your vehicle repaired. The prices are great and the service is extraordinary. While I know I seam biased for having worked for this particular establishment, I speak the truth. It's a privately owned establishment that has been in business since 1939. The owners are amazing people and treat their employees like family. Infact, if you work for them, you basically are family. Dennis Jr is the manager of the service center and does his job with utmost experience and knowledge. Jeff runs the gas station and has a liking for local and craft brews. If you have any questions about either they are more then willing to help in any way they can. Give this place a call for you vehicle needs and I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

I don't even know where to start. I bought a 1993 Itasca motorhome close by and took it to the guys at Chuck's. Dennis Sr, Dennis Jr, Bucky and the whole crew were just absolutely amazing. Had to stay around for three days for the service and communication was great and honest, always giving me choices. They advised me on a lot of things, we changed filters, front brakes, racks, batteries, and my rig was absolutely perfect after it. Im doing a road trip all over country and def coming back here before I drive to Canada. When you live on the road it's always about the people, not places. Thank you so much for everything, guys!Services: Auto windshield repair
