Take the "Fast Pay" off unless your going to make fast pay. Now they added a prompt that is promotional only. And you can't pump until you answer. Isn't it fraudulent to claim Fast Pay when your not. Chevron was my favorite until they recently ruined it by lying about being Fast Pay. No more Chevron for me. I'll be writing to Chevron about this as well. A business cannot falsely advertise about something that is not offered.

Just went though the car wash and it completely missed the entire back. Not just a few spots but missed it 100% I realized it when I got home and drove back and the car wash guy was nowhere to be found. The lady inside was very nice though. Had to wait for almost 10 minutes total for the guy to be found and when I told him the issue he said "Well I guess I will have to spray the back". Not helpful at all and didn't care. Even the 2nd time through it looked terrible. Probably the worst car wash I've ever been through. Their old equip was 100 times better. Thank you to the lady inside for being very nice and helpful. This rating is for the car wash which would have to get better just to be terrible.

If you want gas pumps that are consistently broken, pump at a snail's pace or are frequently empty, then this is the gas station for you. Only reason for the 2 star is the facility is always clean otherwise this is a 1 star review for gas only.

Been coming here since they opened but lately they can't keep items in stock...always out of the items people want...and we won't even talk about the way over priced fuel...7-19-23 5.59$ a gallon for regular..WOW talk about a rip off...less then 2 miles away are 2 other chevrons by silver lakewith 60 cent cheaper gas...go there instead I quit buying gas at this one

Nice employees for the most part. One pretty rude red head. Needs some more traning. A few good beers on tap. Pizza is overly priced for quality.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! I bought coupons on GROUPON and they changed to electronic car wash and the DO NOT honor what I bought. But they got their money. Also the car wash leaves something to be desired, terrible at best. Back not cleaned, hood not cleaned. Spotty on the sides. Got no rain repellant when I paid for it. CHEAP SCATES

The car wash is fine. DO NOT USE THE VACUUMS!!!!!!! They charge 2$ and they're AWFUL. The gas station does not own or operate them so you cannot get your money back. I tried to find a customer service number to call someone, no luck.

We just came to your facility to get our daughters car washed (I had taken mine in earlier). I was down the street getting dresses altered and was on the phone with her because there's no one out there manning the car wash. This is the second time in a row that she's been trapped in the car wash with no one out there. She had a soccer dinner that she's late to now. She is only 16 years old and wasn't sure what to do ..I asked that she start honking but both times she has had to go inside the store and request that someone come out to help her after ten minutes OT more of waiting for an attendant to come out. This is frustrating so on my way home I stopped off to go talk to the clerk and ask for management. She was beyond rude and defensive telling me that she's not going to have "someone sitting out there all day doing nothing so she has him stocking the cooler". I asked that if no one is going to be outside for the car wash that they put up a note so that my daughter quits getting stuck inside of it and she scoffed at me and said she's "not going to do that." She said when it rains no one comes to the car wash (keep i mind it was not raining when my daughter was there!!) nor was it raining when I went in to talk with her. I asked who manages the car wash she couldn't give me that information. She refused to help in anyway and was combative and unprofessional. We have been members of the car wash for many months now I would like to cancel at this point. The behavior of the staff was inappropriate and unacceptable and and according to both workers over there today no one really cares....

Use at your own risk! My mirror was destroyed when the attendants failed to fold my side mirror in, and the drying blowers blew my mirror off. The management failed to acknowledge their responsibility, even telling me the car wash is a "...use at your own risk". Furthermore the station managers told me to make an insurance claim against my auto policy. When I explained this wouldn't solve the issue they would only give me an email address to address my grievances. After communicating via email I heard nothing for over a week. As a note my issue happened just after the brushes ripped a roof rack off the car in front of me. Clearly the attendants were either poorly trained and or distracted.

Went thru the car wash and as soon as I left 2 blocks my tire air sensor dropped to 11lbs then 4lbs I was 3 blocks away and hit nothing in the road. I called them to alert them at the carwash and the person claiming to be mgr would not give his name. He attacked me saying it was impossible and he would bet his life on it. I told him I was trying to alert them, he kept being rude telling me it's impossible. He gave me an email address
[email protected] to contact. So I changed my impossible flat and when we checked it filling with air there was no nail there was a puncture a clean puncture not from road debris. I have been in area a long time, I remember when there was an actual Buffalo Farm. I will no longer patronize any of the businesses here. No customer service they are bad now. I tried the Gmail and as expected no response. Debris can come off a vehicle and get trapped in the track so it is not impossible.

Read the fine print. I've been using Buffalo for gas and car washes for 15 years. I bought a car wash at the end of last week when it was raining and came back today (sunny) but the code expired... are you serious? My money didn't expire!!! Never again, you just lost a customer. How can you put a 3 day expiration on a car wash? Absolute crap.

I don't know why you would go through a total remodel only to make the vacuums garbage. There is barely any suction and for $2 you only have time to get half the car done. Total garage. Will never return to this place again. Total rip off!!

Fuel price gouging! And evidently from other posts here, it is common knowledge. After filling up at your station today I did some comparisons on gas buddy and realized just how much you are price gouging. Seriously, $0.40/gal higher than all other stations within a 2 mile radius is ridiculous! I told my family to never buy gas at your station and will tell all my friends as well. It's unfortunate because you have an otherwise great car wash, clean facility, and nice staff.
