We worked with Eddie, who was a great person and a salesman. He patiently walked us through the various options that we had, showed us multiple cars, and explained the features really well. It did not feel like he was just selling a car, rather he seemed invested in making sure that we have a great experience buying the car and owning it. I would again work with Eddie in the future.

This is what car buying should be. We went in there with scars from other dealers. Chris W transparently explained each every item, taking time to educate us where we were lost. Chevy of Everett really means no pressure deals. We were able to calmly research and analyze our options until we were satisfied we had the best deal. Chris W went the extra mile to make sure we got the EXACT vehicle we wanted. Great dealership.

Purchased a new 2021 Equinox with Kane. That part was ok.
The lack of service, service department is where there are major issues. Over scheduling, under performing. 1.5-2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change?? Really? Oh it is the day after a holiday, or the online scheduling system doesn't "talk with" the on in store. Not my fault. Scheduled appointments mean zero. Had it there also for a vibration/wobble issue they had it for almost a week and zero resolution, even though I showed them what I found a TSB. Rude and arrogant. Yes, when I bought the car there I received oil change for life, but I highly doubt I will ever consider returning.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Max and James during my FIRST car purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Max explained everything to my mom and I so well and made sure everything was clear and smooth sailing. Since I’m still a student, Max was able to meet my price point and gave me a really good deal. James walked us through the paperwork very clearly and made sure that my car was safe and taken care of before driving away. They were both really nice, professional, and gave us a good laugh! 10/10!!

Everett Chevrolet is great!! I just don't think I should have to pay for a transmission flush on a known problem with the A8 transmissions, especially when the car has 11,000 miles on it,

Walter and Dallas were both incredibly helpful to us throughout the process of us getting our new truck. Walter was super patient and spent most of the day walking us through all our options, the different models, and showing us what would work best for our wants/needs.
