If I could give 0 start I would. Not only would I never come back to this location but I am considering closing all of my accounts with this bank. Management and Chase should provide training to personal bankers on appropriate customer service. The banker who assisted me, Carlos A., had a horrible attitude and provided terrible customer service. It was unacceptable.

I can tell you 930 on Wednesday morning and there’s virtually nobody in the bank and the people were as nice as you would expect from any bank.Just a word of warning, they won’t take loose change at this location. You have to roll it yourself to deposit it, which they told me when I came in with a big envelope of it. .Says something about our banks when they no longer have those machines that count the coins for you and that they won’t even take it unless it’s rolled so I had to go to the local Walmart down the street and use the coin machine in their entranceway

I’m Hispanic . I was referred from a nice lady from another branch of chase to be part of chase banking . When I came here my god what terrible service . I refuse to be part of chase . Only this bank is the worst .I only come here to cash my check .

Every time I come here, there's some kind of issue that arises either. I'm given the wrong money when cashing a check or I'm not told about certain little loopholes where you can only cash certain amounts or you have to wait until Monday to get your full balance if you deposit through an ATM I had to go back three times to the same bank today just to cash a $950 check just because it wasn't from Chase even though I've had the account for over a year took them six months to get me a debit card to this branch needs to shape things up a little better

I'm a chase bank customer for long time. I usually go Chase in Seattle because my shop there. Yesterday, I was try a Chase near my house to open a new account for my mom here because it near my house. The lady help us, at first she told me take 1hr to do that , we were OK. After 30 minutes work she told my husband mark something on computer ( my mom just came to USA, no English and wait for green card, that status not match on computer aks) We were not understood with one we can click, so need she help. She said "sorry she can't take computer right now." My husband try manytime but not work then she said we can go home athen come back later. If she is new not experien she can ask someone to help us but she didn't do that just sit down and look at us she was not show want to help.. That is why we decided to left and go to Chase in Seattle. The guy help us do only 15 minutes . I never see that before, just open new account but she make complicated so many work .The first time I come here, disappoint.

Hate dealing with chase bank. Bank manager does not follow up with you when she said she would. Had to waste my time back and forth to see if my withdrawal was approved and never did call me to update me.
