Amazing ATM. I have went to this ATM machine for over 15 years with no problems. When I put money in, money comes out. Mind-blowing. 20/10 ATM! I will come here for the rest of my life! If they try to take it down, I will take money out of my bank account using this very ATM and pay as much money as needed to keep it there. My ATM. MINE!!! and yours. Everyone's ATM. Everyone I know LOVES this ATM. Never take it down. Ever. Thanks! -Old man Jenkins and son

As far as actually using the services inside the bank I cannot review those because I haven't been inside this branch. My issue is that I looked online on Google to see which Chase Bank was open past five this one said it was open till 6:00 I drove from North Seattle to come to this location and they to my surprise were closed. they need to update the hours on Google as they have done on yelp. It's also very annoying that they are closing at 5:00 when they were the only location that was open till 6:00 in the area. After going up to the door for a second time looking for anything saying that they were closing at 5:00 I seen taped to the window a piece of paper with tiny font about 8 feet from the door saying closed at 5. I've included a picture that I screenshotted from my phone with the current time of the door with hours posted and you can see it was at 5:39 when I arrived to a closed bank.

We have been trying to get our money out of a holding company for months in a very complicated transaction. Bank Manager Kelle was AMAZING. I mean, fantastic!! She was able to do in about 10-minutes what it's taken us months to get to a satisfactory resolution. She exhibits a high level of customer service rarely seen in her industry--or anywhere, really! Highly recommended.

This branch is terrible and does not know how to get things done, after another branch had messed up ordering me a new card I asked them to fix t and she did that in a terrible way that is not logical. She orders me a new card but now I cannot use my current card for seven days, what! Was my first thought how am I supposed to get by without being able to use it then, I went through three cards in Arizona and they would just make me a new one on the slot without any questions, this has caused me so much hassle that I am just going to withdrawal all my money from this bank and go to a new one, ever heard of the customer is always right? Well apparently not because two different employees couldn't fix my issue, thanks for nothing.

This is the first bank I had a banker call her bosses and try to help me. What an amazing time at the bank I have been going through a fraud case and no one wants to work together to help the fraud victim especially the bank however this chase has an amazing banker with firey red hair that try's to investigate the truth. She got down to some of the major problems in my account and wouldn't take no for an answer. Thank you so much this time chase.

Stay away from this branch. They took my $450 from my account without my authorize and after hours of talks and 6 visits in 2 weeks, they refund $90 but the rest they won't refund because I didn't report in time. I am filing case against them. DON NOT TRUST CHASE, CHECK MONTLY STATEMENT VERY CAREFULLY. Seems you dont need id theft or online fraud/scam to happen to you, your own bank will become one of them if you trust them too much.

When WaMu changed to Chase, they chased me away. Fees for checking. Minimums. I wasn't thrilled with the sales pitches of what to do with my $. I moved my accounts to a local bank a few blocks south of them. To a local bank. Where they know my name, call me when they see unusual activity, and actually pay me to have a checking account.
