Without a doubt, champion, bolt and supply is the number one place to go, 100%! These guys will not only help you find your bolt, nut, flat metal, etc. they will even educate you if you have a question regarding their product. No longer do I have to spend hours in a box store, looking through unorganized containers to find the right part without any assistance. I can go here to buy one bolt and be in and out before I would have even found the correct aisle in a box-store. Many would say that you have to have a minimum order of $20 but that is no longer the case. You can come in and buy a single broken or missing part that you need to finish your project. Champion has a lifetime customer with me. Thank you.

Today,april 7th 2023 i came to champion bolt in Everett,wa,trying to buy apropriate size of bolts. Sales guy looking good adn helpful. Said me nothing about requiring to buy not less then 20$.I went to my place and disassembled the item,took bol as example back to store. And ineed 3pieses only,couple cents each. And the same guy said they're have a polisy 20 dollars. And here no reason sell me those 3 for a dollar or 2,i should pay 20 $ instead of dollar or two. Great supplies but I recently found out when I was buying a couple bolts that they have a $20 minimum now cash or card :/Definitely gonna be my last resort now cause I don’t want to pay $20 for $5-$10 dollars worth of bolts and nutsPlus there was NO NOTICE of the new $20 dollar minimum, at let people know before checkout and they will be more willing to come in again

I called into verify they had a specialty bolt on hand since I was taking time out on my way to work but they waited until they run me up to tell me they have a $20 minimum order. When I asked how much the two bolts I wanted to get were they were three bucks a piece. So they were going to charge me a $14 "we can't turn a profit" fee. I literally just yesterday went into Tacoma screw in South Everett and got a couple of bolts and washers and the guy said all right you're good no charge. Really? Yeah it's just a couple of bolts. What a world of difference in how these businesses conduct themselves

I Needed one screw for a repair so called Champion. I told them a screw stripped needed replacing they told me they had what I needed. I was happy to hear this and told them I'd be over to purchase it. Champion failed to tell me they would sell it to me for $20. $20 for a 5 cent screw? Really? Tacoma screw had it and gave it to me. My business is using Tacoma screw going forward!

I've been here several times. EVERY TIME I go looking for something specific they can't help me. Today was the final straw when mid sentence I'm cut off and told they can't help me. Spare your time and go to Tacoma Screw or an Ace Hardware and search for yourself. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time... Well since the last time I was there.
