I’ve never been to an auto shop before, but this is the first time I’ve been to one to get my door repaired after getting into an accident. I was very impressed with the repair they did on my car and kept me updated on when my car was going to be done. The price was reasonable! Highly recommend for anyone that’s looking for a auto shop in the Everett area!

CBW has always done great repairs for me. Just like new! Their staff is always professional and personable. I gave them 4 stars this time because it took them longer than promised. I guess it was because the headlight they ordered didn't fit, so they had to reorder a different one and it caused a 3-day delay.
