So I purchased a 2023 tundra drove to this location and they promised a dry cover. The owner was a nice lady but that is where the service stopped. I had a lot of water entering their fix was to keep adding more goop to it. I tried texting and contacting for a resolution with no return call. Please look elsewhere Lynnwood has a few places this was not a good install and poor customer service.

My 2001 Ford Ranger needed a canopy window repair. The rivets had given out. Window was misaligned and would not close. Needed new rivets and to be hammered back into alignment. It’s seemed to be a small job.I felt like the sales folks were trying to take me for a bit of a ride. Major props to the install guy. He walked over, assessed the situation and said no problem, I can bang it back into alignment. I don’t have small rivets, but I’ll come up with something. He ended up using a small galvanized screw. Just the sort of problem solving and MacGyver style work I like to do when the situation merits.It saved me two hundred bucks off the original quote from the sales lady. It was done in one hour for $220 out the door. Strongly recommend the install dept. The guy behind the counter was also friendly and accommodating. He took the time to call his boss and explain that it was gonna be a quick job to get the bill knocked down. Thanks guys. I’ll be back again for any future canopy needs.

I purchased an ATC LHR Canopy through Canopy West. My initial experience with Canopy West was great...they recommended the ATC product which they ordered and installed on schedule. The problem is, they installed a visibly and obviously defective product missing features that I paid for. Ugh... Mistakes happen...I get it...I can forgive mistakes. What I can't forgive is the total lack of subsequent customer support. I have documented all of the problems (which are manufacturing problems) and have received zero support from Canopy West in solving them. If Canopy West can't stand behind the products they sell and their customers they should not be in business. The bottom line? Sure as heck do NOT purchase an ATC product and I advise against working with Canopy West if you want them to look out for your best interests and provide you with customer support.

Very poor service and follow up. I took my canopy in to have a replacement side window fixed. They had to order the window said about 10 days. That was in Sept 2022 I kept calling and leaving messages and they either lost my order or said they needed the numbers off the canopy(which they got the first visit) then they said the factory wasn’t sending anything. They would say they would call them then call me back and that never happened. We finally ended up selling the truck as is and I had to request a refund of my deposit and when i called in January 2023 to get the refund he tried to tell me my window had actually come. Very unhappy with this place would not recommend.

Unfortunately our new canopy’s electronics did not work upon installation, so they promised to order replacement parts. It has been months now and repeated calls are being met with “it’ll be here this week, I’ll call you in a few days.” When they don’t answer the phone, the voicemail box is full and can’t accept messages.A poor representation for ARE and a very disappointing experience all around.………….Updated to add a star for a finished installation. A total of 5 hours spent in the waiting room and 3 months of calling to ask about the status of the replacement part to complete the initial installation. Glad to be done with this experience.

I hate posting bad reviews but honestly, beware.Paid for a camera, have been by 5 different times and they keep ordering cameras for the wrong truck. It has been more than 6 months.The door we got originally has started to sheer off and My husband cut his hand pretty bad before we realized there were razor thin little bits of metal right where you have to position your hands to close it. They want us to pay for the different door type that won’t cut our hands to pieces.Super disorganized. The only reasonable person seems to be the guy that actually does installation.

So disorganized. First, they forgot to give me a receipt so when I went back to have them fix their mistake, they accused me of not paying and I ended up having to show them my bank statement. Unbelievable.

My brother had someone braking his canopy to steal his work tool so as sooner he got off work he came to this place and the person in charge that day totally treated him like he was a homeless person, look at him from head to toes and because he look dirty he dismissed him like he was a criminal My brother is a contractor he works 2 shift to make his money he works hard and this person discriminated him for the way he looks, he told him there was nothing there for him to buy and he needed to leave Well u host lost a 2,500 sell because that's how much he was willing to spend to get a good canopy we're he didn't have to worried about someone breaking in

Spoke with Thomas, at the Everett Washington Store, a couple of days before New Years. He was working from home due to very bad weather. He told me to see him early in the following week (1/3/2022). Went to the store and he got me set up with the canopy we discussed, at the price quoted. I told them I was under a time crunch and the installers got me right in and out in about 45 minutes. Very nice and competent people to work with. I highly recommend this location. A+++

10/10, highly recommend. I ordered a Retrax bed cover for my F-450 from an online discount seller. The unit arrived broken, and the replacement was also broken when it arrived. I was leaving town in a couple days on a tight schedule and the guys here were able to order another one in and get it installed the day before I left…amazingly for almost the same price as the online discount center, and without the damage I had on the units I ordered online. The technician who installed the cover was very professional and efficient, and would be an invaluable asset to any business.
