My experience at Nissian of Everrett was exceptional. Kevin was especially kind, helpful and honest, which I very much appreciated. This was the first car I ever bought so to have someone who was informative but also cared to be truthful was a big part of the reason I decided to buy here. I can tell that they understand the value of having integrity in their business practices here based on the people I worked with to get my car, including Ray.

I had an experience where I lost one of my car keys and of course I needed to get a new key made so that I would always have a back up key so I went to Nissan dealership because that’s where I bought my car and they made me a new key Unfortunately it wasn’t perfect and so I had to call in to see what I needed to do to get the new key redone so that I would have a perfect key one that I could always trust and I didn’t have an appointment or anything I just came back in because I wasn’t getting a hold of them and I didn’t know what I had to do but when I came in Uninvited and told him what the problem was each one of them, David, Ryan, Lowell, and Sam all came to my aid. I didn’t have to make an appointment and come back. I didn’t have to lose any more time. They just got right on the problem and gave me a brand new new key That works seamlessly so with people like this at your command come give them a try and see what they’ll do for you.

Kevin and Blake are out of this world to work with. In fact the entire staff was fun, professional and more than courteous. I can't remember a more pleasant car buying experience. They just made a very loyal customer. If you are in the market give them a shout you won't be disappointed. Car sales with transparency and integrity who'd have thought? Well that is exactly what you can expect if you deal with these folks. I really can't say enough good things about them. I wasn't stuck there for hours while the play the let me check with my manager game. No bait and switch BS. Just all around a great group of people that genuinely do their best to fill your needs, wants, and desires. I felt listened to and my wife felt the same way. Thank you Nissan of Everett especially Blake and Kevin the whole process was phenomenal.

I was looking for a new all while drive car and Nissan of Everett was so helpful. Everyone from the salesman to finance were very thoughtful and made things so easy. I was not expecting to drive away with a new Ariya but, it all worked out so well. Even the trade in process was made so simple. Rick in finance even got the payment lower than I initially thought!! The staff are very knowledgeable and walked me through all the cars features and the salesman Kevin showed each detail of the car and got my free charging all set up. I went back to charge my car at the dealer a few weeks later and Kevin even washed my car for me! I had a great experience at Nissan of Everett.

I had a fantastic experience working with this dealership! My sales rep was Isla and she was an absolute gem. She was professional, knew the inventory and took me on a test drive. She answered all my questions and I never felt pressure to buy. It was like hanging out with one of my friends. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get out of my current car and into a new one, but Milo the finance manager worked wonders, got me the payment I needed, and they gave me a fair trade offer for my current vehicle. Thank you to all who helped me. Ray and Randy were equally pleasant and thank you for your help, I will send all my family and friends here in the future!

Brought my car in, explained 2 problems with my car that can be discovered driving out of my driveway. They turned off my dashcam, took my car out for a 50 mile spin, made my engine light come on, took 2 and a half hours longer than they told me that they would, and when I asked about the engine light, they blamed it on me, told me they would fix it, removed it with their code reader, and the code popped up the next day. Turns out that they touched a sensor that is not supposed to be touched, because it can cause the check engine light to come on, as shown in the picture. They also did not do half of the things I asked them to. Quoted me for things that were not necessary, and claimed that things that have no effect on other things were effecting those other things.

I went to test-drive an EV here and was greeted by the pushiest salesperson I've ever met. He tried to get me to commit to buying the car after I'd just barely entered the showroom, and well before I got to see the car in person. He repeated how much money I'd be "throwing away" if I didn't buy today, through supposedly expiring rebate programs that I already knew I didn't qualify for or wouldn't get anyway because I wasn't planning to lease.
On his fourth iteration, while we were filling out the test-drive form, I flatly told him I would walk if he did it again - I was not there to buy today, just to test-drive to see if I even liked the car.
He then insisted on driving the car, then asked me what I thought of it, to which I said that I'd be able to make a better informed decision if I got to drive it myself. He spent the rest of the drive repeating the rebate nonsense, telling me how great a salesman he was, disparaging Tesla (including saying he didn't want a used one on his lot), suggesting that I should become unemployed in order to qualify for the rebate, then saying repeatedly that maybe I wouldn't like the car and that was fine by him.
Back at the dealership, he gave me a free Hot Wheels toy with his business card on it when I left. I gave it to my father-in-law to give to his next door neighbor, sans card.
If I even consider the car I went there to drive, I will be going to a different dealer, and frankly, I suggest that you do the same.
(Response to dealer) Frankly, I didn't just feel pressured. I felt insulted. Your salesperson not only disparaged one of your competitors, but he seemed to make a point of remaining completely in control of the test-drive at all times, to the point that I was worried he would ditch us in a parking lot when I asked to drive the car myself; and I found his comments about my assumed financial situation to be quite arrogant and insulting - especially after I'd already made it clear I would not be signing any papers that day.
IMO, it's far beneath the dignity of your dealership. I understand the nature of auto sales and the competitive environment that has always existed in that industry for decades. There is no excuse for a salesperson to treat their potential customers the way yours treated me. I will not be returning to your site.
