I love Burlington so much but ive gone in 3 times in the past 4 months figuring id wait and give them time to restock but no all 3 times I’ve gone it’s been so emptyI’m hugely disappointed since we drive 1 hour away to get to the Everett Burlington that’s the closest one to us and I keep walking out of the store with nothingI just want to use my gift card I’m starting to regret getting a gift card to my once favorite store and what heck is up with the only one register working every time I go inthey need to do some massive hiring it’s getting ridiculous I want my once favorite store to go back to being my favorite store again I hope this happens

It looks like the store is going out of business. I have been to this store three times. The first time was about 9 months ago, was a lot of fun, I just stumbled in to the store and it was clean, huge, great selection of odds and ends and fast checkout.All down hill from here. I’ve been back to this location twice, both times were just disappointing. The store has been blocked off to about 2/3 of original size. As for my most recent experience, yesterday (a Saturday) we were there mid day. You would think this would be an expected busy time. They seemed to have a lot of staff standing around doing odds and ends by the doors or just talking with each other ext. But they only had one checkout kiosk open. They had multiple checkers, but they have two separate checkout areas, one at each door, but only one was staffed. There were more people waiting in line to leave than were actively shopping. This waste of my time will be the reason I won’t be shopping here anymore.On my second visit it took them about 45 minutes to ring me out, but being the end of the day and having everyone going at once, I gave them a pass; but after two times in a row, and in the middle of the day on a weekend and spending over 30 minutes to get two items, this is a deal breaker for me. It feels like a going out of business sale, but yet, not that great of prices, just mediocre pricing. I’ll buy a little more expensive and not waste half my time in line.

I've spent 10 minutes in store and 40 minutes in line with other customers basically disrespecting any measure of social distancing. On a Sunday afternoon, and they had only 2 cashiers open. I'll definitely try to avoid shopping here in the future. For those who try to keep themselves safe, I'd recommend you do the same.

I fell in the store and not one employee came to help! Other customers did. Then no employees were around so I left. I then went back to the store because when I fell some items I bought from another store flew out of my bag and I didn't notice til I got home. I went to look around the spot I fell and didn't see anything so I then asked an employee and they acted like they didn't want to help me. I had to ask her several times if she could ask the other cashier's or supervisors because anyone could have turned in the items. She came back and said nothing was turned in. I then told her of the fall and I HAD TO ASK HER if there was a report or something I needed to fill out. She said yes then took about 20 minutes to bring me a faded piece of paper. I filled it out and asked her for a copy. She then came back and said the copy machine didn't work. Then said someone would be calling me and it's now been about 3 months and not one phone call!!! Oh by the way I got a call later that day saying they found my items that I dropped when I fell. I cannot believe I did not get not one call to see if I was ok or anything. This was the store in the Everett mall.

This store used to be a great. I went in and it was bare. More than half was blocked off. The selection was horrible. The shelves were so messy. I was looking forward to filling up a cart but I wasn't able to find a single thing.

Found some pretty cool dog beds here! There's some great AKC beds, a few memory foam ones, some stylish options and some really cozy soft plush ones. There's really some great options for your picky pups here but you have to really check them for broken zippers and rips. I checked out some kids clothes as well and found a lot of set pieces missing items so again, just double check you have everything looking good before you buy it.

Why is this store even open? They have well over 50% of the store completely blocked off. Very little merchandise, especially in home decor, purses, etc..Many shelves are completely bare. Bathrooms are closed off, floors dirty. This use to be my go too store, espically for home goods but I will not be going back

I thought the store was clean and very spacious. The lines was long but was pleasantly surprised at how fast the cashiers were moving.

At this location employees were not wearing masks, nor were they wiping down carts. Waiting in line a maskless woman was standing 2 feet behind me. I told her she needed to wear a mask or back away from me. She called me an a****** so I told her to FU. The staff verbally attacked me for using the language I used, never mind the woman who called me a name. It is evident that this company and its employees don't care about their patron's health. Once again this maskless woman, as with other people who refuse to wear masks, claimed breathing issues. When you bring up the fact that a face shield can be worn without breathing issues, it shuts them up. This world is full of Karens. I was banned from this location. It doesn't matter, I already decided to not shop at this location or any other Burlington.

"I had an uncomfortable experience while shopping recently, I walk in like I do everytime and as I'm in line to exit a worker, without her mask, tells me to move out of her way. Madisen was the worker that approached me. I asked if she could assist as I didn't know witch cashier would be faster. She then told me she didn't need to assist anyone and she didn't have the time to assist me. I kept my cool and replied with "my bad, sorry for disrupting" and looked down. I posted this on my other forms of social media and plan to add it to my top 10 topics on YouTube. This experience has prolly been my last ." It's stories like this that can put new spots in the mall for more business opportunity and different franchises.

Just left the store and very disappointed as they do not regulate customers wearing masks during this global pandemic. I saw a family (mom and dad with kids) walking around without masks on. I asked the staff who was at the front entrance and pointed at the family to let them know if there's any way to have them speak to the customer but she gave a snarky response and said, "are you a customer?" I told her yes (puzzled as to why that mattered) and she snapped back to say "OK, I'll let someone know." I watched and nothing was done about it. My husband and I left immediately. Still not safe to shop when stores aren't following state laws. Will not return.

Wait time was absolutely ridiculous today! I wasonly coming in to make a return and yet i waited longer than 15 mintues while only one register was open and the other on pause because of a cashier error. It took two mgnt employees to help resolve the problem. This location has a high turn around of employees and they hire or train employees very poorly. Its very disappointing coming here to shop.

Very very poor customer service do not go to this Burlington two checkers with only one extra person in line and yet it still took 15 minutes to even get talked to and told that I was in the wrong line. Was not able to wait another 15 minutes to get service very rude people!!!
