Brought my girlfriend white VW to get a key module installed. ( car was driving perfect before I brought it in ) I go pick it up and the car doesn’t want to run more than 5-10 mph. They said they never touch anything on the engine just the key module. I drove it home. Just to find out these very smart people took out 2 fuses. I put them back on and the car runs fine now ?? place is a joke.

Excellent customer service. Jordan, the manager, is knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent work. Reasonable prices. Didn't seem to be upcharging for nonsense, the problems they found were legitimate problems that needed addressing. Shop waiting room is a little toasty. Highly recommend overall.

Never go To Buckys x2.! First of all, they tried to charge me 2300 for radiator and belt. I price checked at other places it was only between 700 and $1000. I got my trailblazer towed back home. I checked my trailblazer all my paperwork, title to my car ,registration insurance even my kids stroller my security equipment for work was stolen out my trailblazer. I called up there to Buckys. No one can give me an answer. No cameras my truck was left in y’all care of Buckys, so y’all responsible The nonchalant attitude about what was stolen from me pissed me off. I started to come back up there. Long story short I was Robbed of my belongings and kids belongings. Never ever going back to Buckys.??

Visiting from Spokane and as we pulled in late last night I noticed a knocking sound after a recent belt change. Took it to Bucky's today after a pretty negative experience down the road, and they got me in today and for less than the first quote. Beyond friendly, knowledgeable and articulate staff and I highly recommend their work.

Don't go to this auto repair shop if you can avoid it. It is convenient that they are first come first serve but it's not worth it. I was charged for an inspection which is standard today but, the price quote was outrageous! And, after taking my car to another mechanic the over all cost was less than half what Buckys quoted me. They charged me of $200 for the inspection.

This place is actually really well priced and the mechanics and people up front are super nice! They try to be quick but understandably it's a car shop it's gonna take a minute or so for your car to be fixed but it's absolutely worth going here for!

Outstanding service to the person who spent over 5k on 2005 500 Chevy aveo should have sold it before the 5k and a gently used car for same price with a tune up and oiln changes just saying had an aveo Japanese chevy not worth half that.. my opinion should have went through it tested and ne er had a complaint SMH. Took my 2016 Silverado for a transmission fluid change. I was greeted, checked in and provided information about expected wait times. Super friendly guys there. The tech who was working on my truck, Matt, was awesome. He conversed with me and made chit chat about all kinds of subjects. He was very thorough and checked for leaks after he was done, before and after the test drive. Great job guys, I will be back! :)

Customer service is great. I had an oil change scheduled that they weren't able to get to because of low staffing, and Derek gave me two coupons for free oil changes. I'll absolutely be coming back for other service if needed!
