I got my canopy door ripped off and destroyed at the Everett location, After initially indicating they would take care of it, they waited several days to get back to me and then reversed course. They now say a canopy is a "after market" component and as such they cant be held responsible for damage.....despite the fact that 1/2 the trucks on the road have one. See the below review, they tell this guy that he has to remove straps. They let me through without so much as a question or even one word like "is your canopy locked?" and then say sorry "not our problem" All I ask is if there was a chance the scrubber would tear my canopy door off by snagging the latches,(even though it was shut tight) then say that. Don't let me go through then say "sorry not our problem" How many trucks have canopies? Sign says the staff at the site has ultimate say on what is allowed through. If that is true, why didn't anyone say anything? They asked if my wipers were off and asked if I wanted my antenna removed. By the way a factory authorized canopy is not what after market is meant to describe. They will accept all the $ from people with canopies but if something happens-too bad. BEWARE - THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T HAVE KNOWN THEIR EQUIPMENT COULD SNAG A CANOPY LATCH (YET SOMEHOW EXPECT THAT I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN) BASED ON THE BELOW RESPONSE FROM BB CAR WASH IN 2021, THEY DID KNOW-yet now tell me to contact my insurance company even though I was in not in gear and on an automated conveyor, still somehow my fault according to them even when we watched the video of my fully closed canopy door being ripped off when snagged by mechanism. Say it's never happened, sorry, we will warn people in the future, dont say "to bad"I would have given zero stars if that was an option"I have been getting my truck washed at drive through car washes for 10 years and all of a sudden I have to remove my permanent straps in the bed of my truck????"Business owner informationMolly L.Business Manager10/13/2021We have been more strict about what modifications we allow through the wash, because if our cloths gets stuck on something like that it can cause a lot of damage to our equipment, your truck, and other vehicles. Absolutely the best car wash !! I’ve been taking all my cars here since I was 16 years old. The customer service is absolutely amazing and they are always so nice that’s what makes me want to come back every time. They are super helpful and great with directions. I have experienced other car washes but none held up to my standards. Brown bear will never disappoint! They are affordable and not overpriced! Thank you Brown Bear Team!

My original rating didn't include a post. However, after the BB team reacted with my rating I felt the need to elaborate. The People at the wash are super helpful and very friendly. The wash is quality and the club pricing is a value. It also smells nice! Bottom line this company is thankful for your business and they show it!

So easy, so environmentally friendly, and I love that they let you use towels to wipe your car down and get all the little nooks and crannies!

Very annoying that the top wash club does not have free vacuums. It's already pretty expensive. I'm a temp worker here, got the month club, and was very surprised.

This place is the only one they actually checks whether you have a hitch on your truck. And they do it pretty consistently. However, they might want to re-educate the exact reason why. I was told I need to remove my hitch because “the machine can yank it out and hit the car behind”. I regularly tow a 12,000 lbs trailer, and a piece of cloth going to “yank” it out. Good try ???

Hard working folks at Brown Bear Car Wash. Excellent Customer Service. Great wash system. Fast and efficient. My dogs love going through the wash tunnel.

One of the few drive through Brown Bear locations in the area, besides one off Hwy. 99 in Lynnwood. This location can get busy in the summer, but lines move fast. Service is always top notch. They must train employees at same academy as In-N-Out! I've done many drive through washes locally and I always get best results here. Love that I can vacuum and wipe down with free towel service.

First time at Brown Bear, great wash, very helpful and happy employees, and overall quick way to get my ride clean. Highly recommend, no pushy upsales, air fresheners are lightly scented and smell good, and there is a dry off area with towels included in the wash.

Gave 2 starts because they switched all the self care washing areas out for only been able to pay with a debit card. You can't use coins or go over and use the machine to exchange bills for coins. Very stupid. Lost a customer for sure.

The staff is friendly and professional and they do a good job at a reasonable price. The extra 5 dollars for the ceramic protection is worth it, in my opinion. The weather around here can take it's toll on a vehicles finish. Anything to protect it is worth it, in my view.

This is a great car wash. They offer multiple levels as many of them do, however the service is above average for their type of business. It's a tunnel car wash which does the best job in my opinion and they have self service car wash stalls for those who prefer that or have large vehicles. But the big deal to me is How they go out of their way. They always check to make sure the car is set up not to get damaged, and today when their credit card machine went down instead of demanding cash they just waved people through and gave a free car wash at the highest level to anyone who wanted one. that is outstanding service in my book and I recommend this business.

Brown Bear Car Was always does a great job of making my vehicle spotless. It was a nice surprise this morning when I was heading in to get my car cleaned that they had a free car wash day event. Thank you to everyone at Brown Bear Car Wash for all your hard work!
