I would have given no stars if it were an option. They are scammers steer clear of this place. My car had issues within a week of buying it. They said they heard and felt the issue that I had brought up and they even took my car supposedly to a shop and had it looked at. When I called to find out how much longer the shop would have my car, they told me they never actually took it into the shop. So they held my car for a week for absolutely nothing because they didn't hear it see the issue at all. Come to find out there was a recall on my car well after they sold me the lemon and guess what? It fixed what felt like a power surge and everyone that was in the passenger seat could feel. Wow! They are scammers and take advantage of those that done have someone trustworthy in their lives to help them make a purchase like this. Go elsewhere!!!! Then the refund check because their sales guy over charged me came in the mail 2 days before it was too old to cash so I didn't even get the money they over charged for the lemon....

Broadway Auto sales on Broadway in Everett. You can't find a better dealer or nicer people in all of Everett. Not only did we get a Great deal they gave us a bigger amount on our trade in then it was really worth and they recommend Kate's Greek and American Restaurant on Colby which was really good food. Thanks Guys your the Best.

Just wanted to say thank you to the crew at Broadway Auto. Mike and his staff were very helpful getting me back to work and seeing that I had transportation after my car had been stolen. They really did go that extra mile. Thanks again Mike. and to the rest of the staff. You guys were great !

Broadway Motors is awesome. I bought a truck from them and it was a great experience. No pushy salesmen and very transparent. Furthermore there was an issue unbeknownst to them with the truck and even though they didn’t have to help me they did. Highly recommend doing buisness with them. Great local business.

Do not spend your money here. Andre is a tool. They got me in a car and the next week the check engine light came on and it started overheating. They offered to replace the radiator (not for free of course) and after paying $300 the problem was not fixed. I am currently still paying off a piece of garbage that won’t even run

I have had a very pleasant experience with the gentlemen who helped me. All of my questions were answered, even the dumb ones. There can be a lot of stress walking into a car dealership but Mike and Justin are super cool dudes. Great deals too

What a refreshing experience in buying a used car! After going to several main stream dealerships on a rainy day, to replace my car that was rendered totaled in a collision, I was quite impressed by the customer service team at Broadway Auto Sales! They were kind, down to earth, and truly listening to my needs and desires towards purchasing a car.
I am happy with my purchase and their professionalism that emphasized sincere customer relationships alongside of delivering exactly what I needed! BRAVO!!!

These guys are great, I didn’t think I had much for options being 18 with minimal credit history. But Andre and Justin took care of me! They made sure to get me a car that’s not only good but right where my budget is. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had! Here’s to getting my first car all on my own. Couldn’t do it without them.

I found out about these guys online looking for another Saturn. Saw it, check it out & Bought it. Justin & his staff was so cool easy going they won me over easily. I also saw first had why they get rave reviews. Also when i was driving home i noticed the Engine light came on. I told Them about it and they checked it out Friday and told me to bring it back on Monday to take care of it. Big shoutout to Ralph for doing that for me! If you out there are looking for a car check out Broadway Auto Sales because Justin & his great staff are the best in the world!
