The Manager Jennifer and Co-worker Maria are very knowledgeable and helpful to all the customers viewed during my visits. I feel relaxed and able to trust their advice. I highly recommend Boost on Evergreen Way, Everett Washington.

My husband & I have had Boost for years. However he had been experiencing wifi/internet connectivity issues, and he drives for a living & must always have internet access... . He decided to switch to AT&T. We got a transfer pin #, then asked for Boost to unlock our phone, so he could use his phone with new provider. For two days Boost told us the phone was UNLOCKED on their end. It was NOT, it kept saying Network locked in ours. ATT finally told us to drive 12 or so, mi. to the nearest Boost store to tell them in person to unlock his phone. The girl looked me in the eye and said "NO!" I said "WHAT?" And she said "he is no longer a subscriber, so NO, I won't! " We had to go back to ATT and he bought a new phone, so screw boost. He also was able to keep his same ph #. I still have Boost, but after the dust settles, I'll be getting rid of them too. I know in what order to do things, now. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, the girl at Everett store was nasty! and there are no more stores in our area to go in to. They have all closed. Tim & Jan Kelliher

I had a unique experience where a phone that I didn't order was shipped and charged to me by Boost have already purchased a new phone when I activated service three months prior. This created a major issue and despite calling customer service multiple times the best help came from Maria and Jennifer, two employees off this location. They listened incredibly well, understood my predicament, and advocated on my behalf to the internal support to find a solution to get my issue solved. Maria and Jennifer are two employees' that demonstrate great service and support for the customer that I'd want on my team! Thank you Jennifer and Maria!
