Super clean and powerful laundry. The stuff there are so friendly. Vicki was so exceptional. She helped me opening up a new account so fast and fixed a problem with the machine in no time. She is awesome and definitely deserves a promotion. Chris was great and I had a great first experience there.

The owner of this laundry was extremely rude to customers. During the process of handing over duties to the second worker, the employee couldn’t speak a word of English. As a result, the tasks were not smoothly transitioned and the communication was not handled properly on her end. She could have explained that the dryer does not have a fixed 25-minute cycle more kindly, but instead, she displayed arrogance and rudeness, even cursing at me. Impatient and unfriendly, she told me never to come back. Her attitude towards customers was utterly ignorant. I have 4 years of experience in a laundromat and 5 years in the restaurant business. It is rude to treat customers in such a manner. When running a laundromat, it’s not only Mexicans who come; there should be some level of English communication with customers.
She told me not to pay and just leave, but I paid and left anyway. It turned out to be one of the worst days of my life.

Our laundry is down where I live so I visited here today to get my weekly laundry done.
I felt that they had sufficient parking, it wasn't too busy for a mid day Monday. Inside was clean, and the layout was good. Machines are grouped by size with washers toward the center and dryers around the outside. There are several areas to fold and carts to tote your stuff to and from areas. Each area accommodated 2 or 3 customers so you can easily find a little nook and get your wash done.
3 sizes of washers from pretty small to pretty big to woa!! I saw 2 sizes of dryers. Washers worked well and were clean. Very fast, about half the time as my machines at home at about 24 minutes.
Dryers were crazy fast, even on medium heat. I am used to 70 or 80 minutes for my dry cycle at med heat. These took about 35 even with my large loads.
I would say all in all it is a mostly good experience. The buying a $3.00 card to use on the machines didn't even bother me. The reason I gave them 3 and not 4 or nor 5 stars is the price. That is the o ly negative I had. My washes were like $8.75 each load, dryer was only a little better. At home this laundry would have cost me $8.00 total, but here I output nearly $40. Wow. I am not a cheap person, but I don't like wasting money either, I thought it was far too expensive.

The largest washer is $10.80, dryers are $1.55 for 16min any size and they use their own card system here. $3 for a new card and if you want a wash and fold service it is $1.95 for 10lbs as of early April 2024.
They were very patient and kind to me for my first time here. I am a germaphobe and wanted to clean the washer and dryer, but I had to ask them for the key each time I was cleaning to use the key entry restroom. They could of said no, but were kind to allow me to do so. The lady there helped me through the process of paying without complaining and it meant a lot to me. A downside is the landry gossip, some people may want to pick a fight with you with words, but don't mind them.

The lady working the opening shift today 02/21/24 knows her customer service and she was wonderful! I witnessed her handle an upset customer with grace and patience. It was my first time in and she was incredibly helpful as I tried navigating my way around! Also the bathrooms and lobby were very clean! 10/10

Staff was nice. Parking sucks but the machine were great and my laundry was done quickly. Cant complain!

The sign says last wash at 8:30 closes at 10. I go to start my laundry at 8:25 and the kid working says I’m trying to close early so you can’t do laundry today. The kid was completely disrespectful and I told them I would never come here again she said I don’t care. If management cares this employee just cost you a lot of money. I’ll never be back and recommend others go where their business is appreciated.

Don’t give these people your business. Just came in here for the first time. Their posted hours run until 10 and their employee was kicking everyone out at 9:30. I have never seen a business who can’t even honor their posted hours

Had a really good experience, worker gave me a free wash and dry because my card would not go through. Have carts for convenience, loading areas, chairs, snacks, even massage chairs.You need to load up a card, you need cash to load up. If you bring credit or debit card, will have to use an ATM to withdraw cash, sometimes ATM doesn’t work.

Really impressed with this business in a busy little strip mall that caters to Spanish speakers, but don't let that stop you from patronizing them! They speak English and are very polite. I came in just before the 830/last load cut off, which was explained to me, and is noted on their website. Big place, lots of places to sit and wait for your laundry. Food is steps away at multiple restaurants and cafes here, from donuts to birria tacos.

One of the woman who work late Mondays was so amazing. Super sweet, smiley, gave my daughter and I water to drink when it was a super hot day. It's the first time we have ever used this laundromat and casino rd can be a little intimidating. She answered all my questions and gave recommendations for which dryer to use.
