Very good friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to visit and contribute my blood donation to help others. I'll continue to visit the Everett Oak St. location for all my furniture donations.

They do not have qualified staff,cannot even take a pulse correctly!!Im very disappointed with the lack of professionalism!

This one star goes not to the crew but the org and system themselves. My wife, who's still not very fluent in English, tried to donate blood at this place and she couldn't because the questionnaire apparently has to be asked and responded in English and English only. If you want translation assistance (even if it's very minor) you're out of luck as there's no "certified translators" on-site. You cannot bring someone with you since they will request you to come in on your own. And apparently they won't use an over the phone interpreter either. So yeah, in order to be a blood donor in here, you have to be proficient in English. Might as well ask for proof of citizenship? I wonder how they do with people with other communicative barriers then?Fortunately the staff was very helpful overall and absolutely not ill-intended but they can do so much when the system imposes such ridiculous and unnecessary limitations.Imagine being told your blood is not welcome based on the language you speak. We know that's not the case here, but it's hard to avoid feeling exactly that.

Took two hours out of a work day to go to donate blood. Three attendants attempted to draw blood but couldn't not get a vein. Then they asked me to reschedule and come back another day. Leaving they asked if I had drank any water, which I had. They treated me like it was my fault for their incompetencies. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Won't be returning to this location.

The EVERETT location is the place to donate blood because the employees are professional & upbeat. The positivity radiates all through the clinic! I'm in healthcare and when I look around I feel safe and confident in their cleanliness. The staff are AWESOME!! They make it an amazing experience every time.
