This branch has went down hill now for the last 2 years plus. Customer service sticks.....and our roof load that was scheduled for 1 oclock yesterday. Then got pushed back to 3 oclock.....NEVER GOT DELIVERED at all. Snohomish branch has some good peuple ....but avoid these jokers at all cost

In the past I was able to pick up small amounts of flashing or roofing material for small projects. I just picked through a collection of broken bundles and metal with accidental extra bends. That’s no longer available due to “liability”. Looks like they’ve gone corporate.Still a reasonable place to check price and availability for larger projects.WINTER HOURS (in effect now) are 1/2 hour shorter than Summer hours shown in the description, so double check if you might be trying to stop by at the end of the day. The worst roofing Supply Company! Brad has got to be the worst at Customer service. They lost a good cash paying Customer!
