The best attentive people work here. Love this feeling. As a classic trained service person myself I am always impressed by kind amazing people that seem to love the job!! I hope you all stay out of the mall so I can keep coming in.

Such a better location than alderwood mall. Easier to get in and out of. The staff are friendlier and it’s relaxing to browse. The mall location is chaotic and I avoid it. The manager nae me said the Everett location is temporary but could become permanent. It needs to be permanent

My big go to are the candles whenever I visit Bath and Body Works. But honestly what makes me visit this location even more is the fact they are now in a new store front. I rarely visited when they were in the Everett Mall. Maybe twice a year. Now I visit close to once every couple months. The ease of parking and just running in is incentive. I also appreciate their friendliness at this location. Not too pushy. Just a good balance of hospitality and help when needed. Please stay at this new location and congratulate your workers on a job well done!

I've gone into the new location in Everett multiple times since it's been open. I've always been greeted by all the employees. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Not sure what's with all the negative comments...maybe the people writing the reviews were having a bad day. 10/10 would recommend.

Nae Nae is the best! Everytime she’s in the store I’m so happy she’s there. She has amazing product knowledge! As a longtime customer of the Everett Bath & Body Work I love that they are no longer in the Everett Mall.

Bath and Body Works moved out of the Everett Mall. It’s located in the strip mall next to target now. And I love it in this location. It’s way better. It feels like they have more space and the associates are super helpful.

I’m soooo glad I don’t have to go to the mall to visit my favorite store anymore! Way to go Bath and Body Works! The store is spacious and well laid out so I can browse pressure free without bumping into other customers! The staff has been so helpful and has provided top notch customer service! If I can’t find it, they know where it is. I hope this Everett Mall Way store stays for good! I know I’ll definitely be coming back more often now that it’s so easy to shop there! Thank you!!!

We enjoy shopping at your store.We especially like the new location at the Target shopping center in Everett. More convenient, better parking, and can walk through the front door without walking through the mall. Staff is always friendly and we wish this location becomes the permanent location.

I have been to both the Everett Mall location and the Greentree plaza location.While the associates have always been helpful and informative, the Greentree plaza location is so much nicer, more open and a better experience when I shop. The location is right next to the Target store. I believe the move was such a good move. I hope that they stay here. It is so much easier to get to the store and find what I need (maybe more what I want). Good job!!

I LOVE their new location!! Honestly, I only went to the Everett Mall for the Bath and Body works, so getting to avoid that unnerving place and shop at a fun, well laid out store was great! Our salesperson Nae Nae was super helpful and nice. We'll definitely be back!

Very Convenient location by Target and they have really set up the place beautifully. Even though I was just was there to pick up and order, I had the need to stop myself from venturing out.(Holiday gifts etc) The staff was great and friendly and they packaged my items with care.
