Really poor customer service. Went in to get passport photos taken. Had to hunt someone down and when I found someone she said "can't do it, the camera they sent me doesn't work." No apologies. No "hey I'm sorry, I wish I could help, but our camera is broken." Just blame shifted and walked away. This wasn't even some teenager minimum wager. This was an older lady who seems like she should know better than to be a crab.

I was put on hold in the pharmacy for over an hour, and then they just hung up.For most of the year, I would wait almost a month for a prescription until I get a call saying that my prescription has been ready and waiting and will be cancelled if I don't pick it up, but I was never notified that my prescription was even ready. I found out my text and call notifications had been turned off, so I turned them back on. I still continue to get that problem even when I turned it back on.I had a prescription get sent out from my doctor almost two weeks ago, and hadn't heard anything l so I called. They didn't know why it wasn't ready and said it would be ready in the morning. I stopped in at almost noon and it wasn't ready yet, but they would "expedite" it. I came back later and was told it still wasn't ready. I had to leave for work soon and wouldn't be able to take my medication that day, so I asked if I could speak to the pharmacist to see if it's safe if I could skip a day. I tell the pharmacist that, and she says "oh, well your prescription is ready and has been sitting here".You guys are extremely unorganized. I understand that you're having staffing issues, but the organization there is abysmal.

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION FILLED HERE. The wait times are horrible and these people are NOT honest about when you can pick up your meds. Yes, even if they text you saying they're ready. They have had issues in the past where they change the brands of pills they give me without notification, but now they're outright omitting information even if you ask them to their face if there's anything you need to know. May was a wonderful pharmacist and ever since she left, this place has gone downhill. 0/5 stars. I unfortunately have no other place to get 2 of my meds, otherwise I'd fill them all through HoneyBee.

Got transferred here when riteaid closed. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Always long lines, they keep closing the drive thru window. Telling us a different story depending on who we talk to... don't come here for pharmacy needs if you can help it.

In line with all of the other reviews who got transferred from the Rite Aid closing. I called 5 times in 2 hours and was put on hold immediately each time for 10-15 minutes before I hung up. I have gone in for my prescription only to get home and find out not everything was filled, I’ve never had this issues before and it’s been 2 separate occasions so far. Will be switching pharmacies after seeing all the other reviews having the same issues. The drive thru is also never open.

Their pharmacy can't keep up and while have always supported them as a local business, they no longer are staffed to manage their volume.

Used to get my prescriptions through rite aid and when they closed everything was transferred to bartell’s. Already want to switch to a new pharmacy. No one should ever have to hold 30 minutes to refill a prescription and then call back several days later to wait on hold again when it is still not ready and should’ve been. I understand that the pharmacy might be understaffed, but people need certain prescriptions urgently and certain medications are very time sensitive and need to be taken routinely. Being without medication is not an option for a lot of people and the pharmacy staff doesn’t seem to understand that.

Normally not someone to leave a review, but frustrated at every turn with this pharmacy. Drive thru is never open, which result in long lines with a wait time that is very long in store. There is not enough staff to cover the pharmacy need, and it is obvious. Please get some more people in here to relieve your overworked staff.

Pharmacy drive through closed due to staff shortages. You’re lucky to get someone on the phone after 5-10 minutes on hold (or you get disconnected). Usually 5 people deep at the counter and they usually don’t have your prescription filled. Go somewhere else!

I've been going to this pharmacy for quite a few years now and it used to be a great place to go to. The staff used to be really friendly and helpful but the last few times as been a complete disaster. The drive thru is always closed and having a disability and the amount of pain I'm in on a daily basis makes standing and walking for a certain amount of time makes it very hard to go places. The last time I was in there I had to stand in line for 45mins. At least open the drive thru for the disabled. And when they say they are short staffed I know it's true but the rest of the world is short staffed too but that doesn't give them the right to be rude and not open the drive thru for those who really need it to be open.

My rite aid is closing. Needed to find a new pharmacy. I'm on a pain contact for chronic pain obviously. Asked if they could transfer my prescription over to them. They did. They transferred the wrong prescription. It was not the one that my doctor had called in. They did not seem concerned. A week later I was having a total shoulder replacement and my orthopedist called in more pain meds for me, since the directions would be different I am very open about my pain condition. The pharmacist refused to fill it even though the directions had changed. I called my doctor and requested that he call the pharmacist. Pharmacist still refused to fill the prescription and now I will be looking for another pharmacy two days before my surgery.

Have to leave a star but don't want to. We called last month to get our prescriptions filled and they're never ready on time which they have a whole month to get them ready. When we called they put us on hold for 20mins and never picked back up so we called from a different phone while still on hold and they answered and helped us but we didn't say we were still on hold. Same thing this month. Called 3 times and no answer called the 4th time and went straight to hold again called back from a different phone and they answered and help us while still on hold. We called them out on it and they stated they have caller ID and know who is calling. Basically if your medicine is not ready or don't want to help you they put you on hold until you hang up. Most of the time it's 20-30mins before you hang up because they don't pick the phone back up. We encourage everyone to try calling from a different number while they are still on hold its not ok when people need their medications.Maybe if you don't like your job find a new one and have a heart for someone that probably has more issues than you know and quit assuming everyone is a drug addict!!!

Worst service ever. Takes them hours and hours to fill a prescription. You can come back hours later and they still say its not ready. Worst service ever.

I Love this store. This store is convenient for me to walk to. And periodically they have a coupon for $10 off of 40 or $10 off of 50 which is very nice. The store has everything you need! The cashiers are always very nice. I am considering moving my prescriptions to this store. It will be very convenient.

After answering and then immediately putting me on hold for a seeming eternity the individual on the telephone informed me that they do not have any of the medications I need, and instead of simply addressing my concern by telling me when they would be in, the impolite, ill-mannered, and condescending brute, ignored my legitimate concern over being out of a medication which I need, raised his voice and began asking me offensive and patronizing questions which ultimately demonstrated his lack of understanding of supply chain management or how to deal with other living beings. All I wanted to know was even the medication was expected to be in. I had to hang up becsuse he was not helping and, to be quite honest, I was on the verge of raising my voice back. SMH. It is very sad to see how far this pharmacy has fallen in the last two years.
