I'm leaving this review because in the midst of all the pharmacy chaos these guys do a great job and are always kind. Mostly, I'm leaving this because of their lead pharmacy technician Robin. I know her voice and when she answers the phone, I know everything will be ok. I am so grateful for this woman. She has helped me more times than I can count. Bartells/Rite aid has a definite keeper. That is coming from someone who has been a technician for over 40 years! It is not an easy position. So, thank you Robin

Bartells was a great local company where it was good to visit. After the take over I feared it would go downhill. I expressed this to a cashier and she agreed. You could tell by the way she said it, the writing was on the wall.Went me post op pain killers took 2 days to fill, when previously no medication sent in from doctors office ever took more than a few hours... well the writing was on the wall.I now take it elsewhere where I get fast service . Friendly stress free employees who can communicate well and make it clear you are welcome.I give 2 stars for having a fun variety of things, particularly local products. Indoor Amazon lockers and good parkingI just advise finding a small local pharmacy or make use of Costco for medication needs

This bartells used to be the best pharmacy in snohomish county until it was sold. Now it's the worst. I've been trying to get the correct diabetic syringes for almost 2 months now. I spoke to cashiers and the pharmacist several times and all I get is excuses. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Received a text message that my prescription was ready and could be delivered. I replied and paid to have it delivered. It never arrived. I called to resolve the issue and whoever I spoke to was not helpful and kept talking over me then hung up on me. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I should have read the other reviews before I switched to this pharmacy after moving. I got a notification that my doctor sent over my prescription yesterday. I didn’t hear anything from Bartells yesterday and assumed I’d hear something today. Nope. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for a prescription refill. Ridiculous. I’m switching back to the Bartells in north Everett because they are AMAZING. They have my meds ready before I even get the text from the doctor that the prescription has been sent over! It will be worth the drive.

Absolutely horrendous staff, I'm not wasting my time on a RANT...I CANNOT WAIT TILL TOMORROW WHEN THEY WILL BE FORCED TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE SECOND TIME THEY READ NOTES WRONG ACCIDENTLY..... The Pharmacy staff at Bartells in Silver Lake on 19th St. Is absolutley abhorrent, offensive, incompitant, deceiving, and extremely unprofessional! I didnt get names of who I spoke with and im extremley dissappointed in my self I didn't. I can't even begin to put into words how irrate I am. I had a prescription sent to them by my doctor and was told the first time, it's being denied for other insurance update. (I used to work for an insurance company) insurance companies do this to delay paying claims. I called my insurance, to update my COB (coordination of benefits) then I called back to the pharmacy, it's still denied for COB, finally that cleared a d they say it's now denied for being too early to fill. They said another pharmacy filled it. I explained in detail yes it was filled and sent to my doctors office for pick up there, but I had to reschedule my appointment and I didn't pick it up, and it was cancelled and returned, hence my doctor sending it to YOU to fill for pick up!!!!! I called my insurance company, and they said the other RX was cancelled, and it's an issue with Bartells, I called back to the pharmacy, the lady I spoke too said they need to verify with the other pharmacy they didn't fill it. I gave her the #. They were closed. Seriously???!!! Luckily I still have some medication, otherwise I would have been out of luck and clearly they don't care!! The lady at Bartells assured me that she would escalate this first thing in the morning when she got in, well of course she reneged on her promise and nothing was done. I called after I got off work, asking if my RX is ready for pick up, the lady said no it's too early to fill. I said what did the other pharmacy say? She said, what do you mean?? I had to take a minute and collect my self because I was so infuriated, I told her the lady I spoke to last night was supposed to call the pharmacy and I gave her the number she said I don't know who you spoke to and I said it was the lady that was working last night but either way you guys reneged on your promise and I'm still without my prescription because you guys didn't do what you say you were going to do!! I called my insurance company and they said it's an issue on Bartell's end and they show that the other prescription was canceled and returned my insurance company tried to reach out to them but of course no one picked up and then by this point they were closed. Here we are Sunday and my prescription should have been filled on Wednesday 5 days later this issue is still not handled because the staff is too incompetent to do their job. I called today Sunday and they said it's still being denied because it's too early to fill I said I spoke with my insurance company they show that it's canceled they said to have you guys cancel the claim and reprocess it so they did and they said oh it went through but because it's a schedule to medication and it's on the State website we have to call the other Pharmacy and verify with them that it was canceled even though they already have confirmation because clearly it wouldn't have gone through or even been allowed to go through if I would have already gotten the medication at another Pharmacy! When I started talking mentioning that the lady that I spoke with on Wednesday or Thursday was supposed to have handled this and didn't call the other Pharmacy and of course no one wanted to take responsibility for that she said I was being rude & yelling which Is a lie, I was understanding, considering the circumstances she said let me talk I can help you, I let her talk & while I'm talking the pharmacist interrupted me was extremely rude condescending & unprofessional. I absolutely think that customer service training might benefit that entire department. My RX is still not filled, luckily I still have some left over from previous, but if I didn't I would be absolutely miserable or dead. Because it's a schedule 2 medication I felt I was treated li

Save yourself and go across the street to Safeway or Costco. Very poorly ran and stocked pharmacy. Rude trainees with not enough experience to be on their own on and on. Im 6 visits in so far with an average time of 40min a visit. They tell you it will be ready in 20min or by morning. Come back the next day mid afternoon…you know to give them some time…still not done.I had hoped to patronize a local company and was severely letdown

This is specifically for the Pharmacy. Doesn't have a RELIABLE auto refill or notification method's available. I also had to wait a solid hour just for an inhaler prescription while I was dealing with Covid. Other pharmacies try to squeeze in time to speak with you where as here they seem to avoid you at all costs. I came again to pickup my partners scrips and again was left disappointed. Needless to say, I'm switching back to Walmart and eating the cost for convenience.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. We're at about 3 years now since they were bought out by Rite Aid I believe. I feel like I've been more than patient with them as far as not being able to reach them on the phone, constantly having to come back the following day for prescriptions that should have been ready the previous one, and things there just generally moving at a glacial pace. But this past Sunday may have been my breaking point. I called to check on a refill for one of my wife's prescriptions that she's had filled there for several years and the Pharmacist starts asking me what seemed like an excessive amount of questions, all because she had a separate prescription from there filled at a different pharmacy because they had run out. She then had me put my wife on the phone, and ended up questioning her why her doctor would prescribe the two prescriptions together. I'm sorry but how is that her job, or even her business quite frankly? These are two valid prescriptions that she's been filling there monthly for several years now. Maybe she was filling in, new, or both but frankly I don't care this time. This felt unacceptable to me, just thought it should be seen in case someone from there is reading these.

We felt the need to quench our thirst for lime Gatorade and so we set off on a 10 mile run of an expedition. Unfortunately our plans were thwarted as we arrived, this is due to the simply terrible time of closure that this particular drug store follows. It should of course be open at 1 am. Our disappointment is immense and our early mornings are ruined.

Ever since Rite Aid took over Bartell Drugs the quality of service has dwindled beyond belief! They constantly have orders missed never ready on time and the customer service is nill! DO NOT GO HERE!
