I got referred to go to this bank because they open at 9 o'clock. The bank in Mukilteo Bank of America opens at 10 o'clock. They messed up my wire transfer! I did the wire transfer late in the day on Wednesday, the banker said no problem it will go to first thing tomorrow morning It turns out the wire department received the wire late, and went home early. so they canceled the wire which makes no sense! I waited an extra day just to make sure the wire went through. Friday came and I couldn't get to the bank on time to ask why the delay. Labor day and closed on Monday. Tuesday I go in and it's, sorry will have to do it again but again it's late in the day better come tomorrow morning. I have to be someplace tomorrow morning They say go to the Silverlake Branch, they open early. I go to the Branch and they tell me we can't help me because don't have an appointment. I look over and four people at desks, drinking coffee and checking their cell phones. None of them have customers. A domestic wire only takes about five minutes and this one is already completed once so pretty simple. None of them are willing to lift a finger to help. They told me to come back when you have an appointment. This branch of Bank of America should not be allowed not be allowed to deal with the general public.I do not recommend Bank of America in Silver Lake because of their customer service. They would not take the time to listen to my situation. No appointment then get lost attitude.

This location is a joke. One teller working even with a long line. Manager looking like lady just pretending to be busy. Why can’t you jump in and help? Instead asking people to use atm machine. Some people might not feel safe with your atm machine for whatever reason. I didn’t even start on customer service issues. Do better! The manager needs learn how to prioritize. Problems every time!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for counter checks (which I received before) and got lectured for 10 minutes on how they don’t do them anymore. Tried to tell them okay well I need to do cashier checks instead since I had an appt in 30 minutes and I was in a hurry, some lady continued to search my account to prove herself I guess and finally left after searching my account history without my consent. Then proceeded to announce VERY loud that my account was closed at one point and then reopened after I said I been with them for a number of years, she had to prove herself AGAIN and clarify it was only reopened for a smaller amount of time than what I said. AGAIN, None of this mattered! I was there to get MY MONEY. Felt like my privacy was violated and disrespected. Will not be returning to this location.

Awful customer please don't go here. And if you try call they never answer the phone. I have a lot of fees to pay now. Because of them. And they don't take reaponsabilities. But if you overdrawf just a dollar, they charge you a ridículos amount. Simplemente awful. Go to another bank. Don't do bank of america.

Went in today to deposit my rent check, 7 windows and one teller with a line out the door, took 40 minutes before I finally got to my transaction, one of the poorest managed BOA"s I've been too, go to a different branch if you can.

As a business client I am disappointed. There is supposed to be a business client section open for us and when you stand there waiting to be helped they will not help you unless you get in the regular line. They also take forever to do a small deposit and if it's busy they don't open up a second teller and ignore you.

Do not waste your time at this bank. Drive 5 mins to another bank. Ridiculous customer service. I am standing in a line of 5 people with 1 teller worker, while 2 other employees are yelling across the room about ordering soup. She had to order something else and they were explaining this mix up of their lunch order by yelling over the line of 5 people. HOW ABOUT YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Never wants to do their job. I make appointments to come in and help with name changes and handle my stolen cards, get told to just do it online right before my appointment. I’m very kind and cooperative so I take their word on it.I then try to do it online or over the phone as instructed, then I get told that I have to go in person with an appointment! I then no longer have time to go the bank and wait until next Saturday to come in.
