I went to exchange in a torn 100$ bill. The teller informed me I have to be a customer. I asked what I can do and she got real Rude. Then the Manager came over and was equally rude. I know we live in Everett but come on you don't have to act like everyone's a bank robber or homeless person. Their parking lots a mess with ciggarett butts dying bushes and used needles too. I'll never bank here ever again.

after having a account for 10 plus years. A check of $2,000 I deposit every month for over a year which has always cleared. This month they put a hold on $1775 this is not the first time it happen which would at times been charged late fees, This month the money would not be available to me until 5PM on the 5th which went my rent would be late which would add $75 late charge so I had to borrow money so I could pay my rent. I was so up set I closed my account so I thought. While closing my account I told the lady who was helping me that there was some fraud on my account. She told me that if I close my account they would follow up on any fraud, I told her I would deal with the fraud my self and confirmed I wanted my account closed. After I closed my account it appears my account was not closed. I'm getting emails that my account saying "Your account may have insufficient funds" showing a balance -$55.33 which included $10 NSF. I'm going to try to make a appointment with the manager.

but I don’t like it, they gave me a credit card, but it doesn’t work. I wanted to buy a good mattress for the bed at IKEA, but that’s not the case. was! Why would I even send a card by mail that doesn’t work?

Everything takes forever, don’t waste your time with the garbage bank. You’re much better off with a local credit union like BECU.

Went for notary service, was told it was not available. Was told the person who does it wasn't there. Other teller leaned over to one helping me and indicated the person who does it was at her desk, but still refuses to do service as they weren't feeling well. Then go home if you are!

Tellers providing inadequate information when it comes to depositing our own money, it should not take a money order 7 days to deposit- go elsewhere!!!!

The manger of this place looks at you with the blank stare, homeless people inside the bank walking around harassing customers, really makes meFeel like closing my accounts if this is the person we have managing the bank
