I called B line and Nikolay to get a stud replaced in the wheel and he was able to schedule me within the next day. Very reasonable and did extra and checked my brakes. I will keep in mind for brakes or other wheel things .

Rude customer service. I've been here twice to get tires mounted. Everytime I tried to make conversation he played off it. The 2nd time I came I scheduled and it got delayed by 2 hours. I wanted to get a alignment but out of the 3 times I asked I got ignored. Not sure we're to get a alignment now because my car is low.

Nickolai is fabulous to work with. I had taken my wife’s Subaru to his place several months ago. He engaged me in every step of the process. Very informative and friendly. Then I had a garage tell me all the problems with my Audi, I emailed him the issues they said, he said drop by let’s take a look. He drove it and put it up in the rack and told me my car was perfectly fine, didn’t need any of the several things the other garage was trying to sell me. Honest. Open. Great place to get any suspension or alignment issues (and more) figured out.

Went in for an alignment and got dialed in. The staff there goes above and beyond and treats your car like their own. If you have a lowered vehicle, I’d suggest taking it here to get your alignment/wheels/tires done without hesitation.
