Jackie is amazing and is an employee that goes above and beyond. You are very lucky to have her and need to give her a raise! She helped me get my turn signal bulb replaced but also educated me and shared her knowledge so I know more for next time. My light had the tiniest crack that I would have never noticed but she did and she took the time to dry it out so she could make sure I left with a working turn signal. What probably was a simple task for her was the most amazing customer service experience for me. If you see her working you know that you’re in great hands and she will make sure you are completely setup with what you need if not make the effort to do it herself. I am a forever customer of this location because of her!

The staff at this location is aways helpful and has been a lot of help with me getting my project jeep parts .. Madison Layla Bobby and Nichole are Great and I will always go there !

First timer, Got a quick and easy battery check/swap and got everything I needed. Two young workers were real helpful and patient. Definitely made things go smooth and hassle free super thankful for that, Definitely would seek help from here again.

They r so caring and the listen. I asked for help w why my cargo door is open. They came out and tested it and then found my problem. I so recommend AutoZone not O’Reillys.

Bad customer service during my visit..Went to pickup order on 01/08 around 7pm but was told it won't be ready next day which didn't make sense cause i ordered it online and was paid for..had to cancel it and went straight to the shelf and got the same stuff I ordered..it was a Hispanic guy and a girl..they didn't even take the time to get a few items off the shelf instead of standing around looking like idiots that don't even want to work..my point is if u think u can fool people then you're the fool...

Don’t use same day delivery. Package won’t show and by far worst customer service to ever exist. Will make you wait up to a week to “investigate” without a refund or replacement

The three employees at this Auto Zone location were incredibly helpful, friendly, went far above and beyond & were the most professional auto parts store employees I’ve EVER met!! This location has far exceeded my expectations! I unfortunately am unable to remember their names as I was in such a rush the whole time! I am still speechless, extremely grateful, and amazed by their professionalism. They didn't even mention that they were already closed after the vast amount of time I took to remove their borrowed socket from the car's intake manifold. I need to go back today to finish replacing my plugs unfortunately!?? ?Hopefully, i get home in time for dinner & before mi familia is already asleep…!?I guess it was just one of those days yesterday & all my car guys with understand EXACTLY what I’m saying…!?????

the workers were horrible one guy ran to the back to watch me shop as if i was gonna steal somethin which was very unprofessional, strong discrimination, or racism u can call it dont care to go back

Service has been great the last 3 times I've been there in the past few weeks for different projects. The last visit we had to find a longer fastner than oem, we had to try 10 before we found the mostly perfect one. They were very patient with us, they made us feel good as we tried the 10 different fastners.
