I sincerely tried working with this franchise owner prior to filing. Consumer warning!!! I wouldn't do it... do not purchase from this retailer. I filed an FCC complaint, and I am still trying to correct the situation. I purchased a phone (in full/with cash), specifically asking if the device was unlocked. Of course, the AT\u0026T representative stated, \"It's an unlocked ? device. The device is locked ? and the phone states the SIM card is not inserted! Nevertheless, the AT\u0026T representative could not activate the phone the first day. I had to come back the next day, and he charged me an extra $5 for a SIM. Further, I was set up with a business plan I did not request. Their business practices are deceptive and fraudulent. Amanda is extremely rude, lacking customer service skills, and her professionalism needs work. I would NOT recommend her as an asset to represent AT\u0026T.
