The sales crew here are not friendly or very polite and act almost gruff when you go in the store. Except for the younger guy who has his good days with customers. I have been in there many times and not once did they ever say thanks for buying merchandize. Two of them are really unpleasant to deal with. I had to go there sometimes out of need to get stuff quick when my other source was out of inventory but always dreaded going in there. They act like you are not at all valued when you give them your money. Normally I wouldn't gripe about employees at a business because they are just making money for the owner but theses guys could care less if you never come back. They must think of me as just small two bit customer and not abig account which they think they can do without. And lastly their prices for what I buy are 30 percent higher than my usual supplier. And for sure I will never set foot in that place again.

First I was told it would be a minute before they loaded my truck with steel so. I went next door to get a drink after working in 90 degree weather. when I turned the corner a careless loader was loading the steel on the side of the truck with out the proper support racks. Most likely about to do major damage to our truck. I yelled to stop not to yell at him but because I was 100 yards away and didn't want the truck damaged. He yelled back both sides are the same. and continued to lower the steel. I yelled no one side has a middle support rack the side you are loading on does not. This issue is the loader didn't look at the rack or talk to us before loading, yet the manager put the blame on me told me not to yell at his guys, and that I parked my truck wrong and it was my fault. only issue is I've been getting steel here for over 5 year and have alway parked my truck like that, and if I didn't yell stop I would of had damage to my truck... poor training and lack of responsibility. looking to pass the blame for mistakes vs owning up to them...

Being a home owner and not a professional contractor, you can tell they were trying to be patient with my inexperience. I kept changing my layout and they did their best to provide everything I needed. When mistakes were made, everyone worked through it and made sure I had what I needed before pouring my stem wall. These guys are super busy and still find time to make subtle changes. The guys that dropped off the forms are really nice and laid out everything in an organized manner. I would recommend them to any DIY home owners that are taking on foundation projects. Thank you!

Came in fir some gear for concrete stamps and the salesman made sure that I understood what I was buying so I apply it correctly and made sure I had ample sealer to make sure my goal doesn't just wash away. Years ago I bought my ICF forms from them as well.

Only problem is they close at 2pm on Saturdays, not 4pm. They should be sure to correct that. 3 different customers also were there, thinking 4pm when I pulled up

Called this guy twice, repeatedly got hung up on. Clearly doesn't know the difference between a telemarketer and a customer! Second call I literally said please don't hang up I'm not trying to sell you anything, and his response was I don't have time for this right now! And then hung up on me again. Nice!

Called this guy twice, got hung up on twice. If you are going to own a company you should probably know the difference between someone who is trying to buy and sell. I called back the second time and immediately said I'm not trying to sell you anything, his response was he didn't have time for this. Wow, what a way to do business.

Great supplies, terrible service.Whoever the young guy is that works behind the counter there needs some guidance. Nothing but blatantly rude and unwelcoming communication came from our multiple conversations over the phone and in-person. Definitely makes me not want to come back.
