Great experience! No one likes to be in a car accident, but my experience here was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
I was rear-ended in I-5. Not a ton of damage, but enough that I needed a bit of body work. They got me in for an estimate within a couple of days of me calling. The estimate was done in about 15 minutes. After that, they got me in for an appointment in less than a week. I dropped the car off for the body work on a Monday, and they kept me updated with timeline and how it would depend on getting parts, but gave expected timelines for those. They expected the work would be done a week later (parts were all expected the following Monday) but they were done sooner than that (Friday of the same week).
They were slightly more responsive than my insurance company (USAA), which was nice. (I should add this was a couple of weeks after two major hurricanes demolished the east coast, so not surprising with insurance). Overall, lots of quick communication, via text and phone call, and a great experience!
Thank you for making a crappy experience not as crappy!

I brought my Mazda CX-5 to CarStar ARA Everett after a giant door ding, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The team did an amazing job restoring my car to its original condition. It looks brand new again, and you would never guess it had been in an accident. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. The attention to detail and the quality of their work really stood out. I highly recommend CarStar ARA Everett for anyone looking for top-notch auto repair!

Very efficient. They took my car in the same day as the estimate. Enterprise picked me up and sorted out the rental. My car was completed in just over a week and I was able to drop leave the rental when I picked up my car without having to go back to Enterprise.

A lovely lady named Carrie in Ashley giving me all the paper work needed in answered my questions best part that gal named Jessica clearly that woman knows her stuff be a fool to question her knowledge thanks Carstar amazing staff you have here

Recently I took my truck to ARA Carstar through Progressive insurance, for a repair. The process was easy and fast. Ashley was kind and got my information, scheduled an appointment to dropped off my car. As soon as they received the parts, they did the repair/assembly. In few days they called me to notify my car was ready to be picked up. Brandy did the paper work and released me the car. All nice and professional people, I 100% recomend Carstar.

I was fortunate to have selected ARA CARSTAR in Everett as my repair shop and they did not disappoint. Kara at the front desk and David the estimator are top notch, very professional and personable. The repair department did an excellent job on my car with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend them.

Dwane Lane RAM Dealership Manager and I called here to have a simple job done painting 2 fender flares. Most local shops do this kind of small job same day or same week as it only takes 1 hour prep, spray, and clean up time. I also have a show truck that needs some $20,000 custom bumpers paint for truck show next Spring. However, The Ram Manager states they been sending business to ARA CARSTAR for years and that if we call on speaker phone then ARA CARSTAR will give us good customer service.
Called ARA CARSTAR On Speaker phone with Ram Dealership Manager, customer service sucked worst than its worth to explain, then ARA CARSTAR states they wont even do the job because its a customer provided part. We explained that it is not, that were from the dealership with new OEM Dealership part, and that I also own shop as well. The guy was super rude, for no reason, refusing to even do the job, we were shocked. The Ram Dealership General Manager said on speaker phone "Well your lose a Dealership who give you monthly work if you cant take care of our customers" they responded rudely and hung up on the Manager and I. We were shocked! I watched the Manager rip there referral info off the wall and toss it in the garbage. He then walked me to Parts Department and told the guys they are no longer to refer anyone to ARA CARSTAR and removed them from the insurance repair lost of local shops as well. I just needed to fender flares sprayed as we already have the PPG paint and everything they needed but we were met with horrible rude customer service. Sounds like they lost a lot more than my business sheesh!

I was pleasantly surprised by how ARA pays attention to the needs of the customer. This is very rare these days. I'm not sure how many people actually pay attention to customer service anymore, but I still look for decent customer service wherever I do business. I would definitely consider using ARA Carstar for any body repairs that I might need in the future. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
