“I had the opportunity to stay here for work for about three months both the staff and residents were delightful. It was a very welcoming place for my little pup and me. The facilities and grounds are well maintained and the location is convenient for quick walks to many restaurants and fun shops. Somehow, it is still very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!”

“BLU WATER is an amazing place to call home. The staff is very professional and the maintenance guy Mariano is on top of it has made various repairs and always comes through in time leaving my home better than he found it . Been here for 3 yrs and not moving anytime soon. Shay and the office best management i have seen by far .”

“Had a one year lease with Highgrove, and as our first apartment, we absolutely loved it. We had the pleasure of having Batul as our leasing agent until the very end, and she was always communicative and doing the best of her ability to always help accommodate us!The only reason for 4 stars is because we wish maintenance would’ve fixed our bathtub. They originally painted over it so it got chipped and rusted by the drain.”

“I don't live here. My daughter does. She seems to like it but she's young and d*** still. It's very close to Mariner high (that's not a pro or a con, it just is) and there's a Taco Bell like 3 min away so.... I don't think there have been any fires recently. Maybe 4 stars is too generous. ??♂️”

I think it would be a good fit for me to live here or not it would be so great if i had an apportunity to help homeless human beings stay off the street and not on drugs its really hard when ur sober and homeless and looking for more services out there but you guys have been the best out here in everett washington i js wanted to say a great thankyou for your hard work as individuals! Only complaints I ever had was the parking and unsupervised children running around on bikes and scooters with no protection while cutting in front of moving vehicles.I loved my apartment, loved my neighbors, and the Leasing Staff Supervised by Kelli are the BEST!I miss living there!”
