If you don't have straight hair, RUN. Within minutes of sitting down the first thing she did was chop off 7 inches from the back. No asking 'how much do you want off the length' here. 1. You CANNOT cut curly hair in a bob and 2. curly hair shrinks

My first two visits were fine. MyLin gave my hair layers and fullness. Just what I wanted. On my third visit MyLin wasn't there. The stylist who was there promised she could/would do a great job. Hahahaha. I just wanted a trim. I said "shoulder length with layers". She repeated it back to me and even touched my shoulder to point out the length. She called me "Mommy" several times until I told her my name, and asked her to call me that. That seemed to bother her. Maybe the haircut was payback? She cut it up to my ears. When I tried to talk to her she turned my chair. I said "No, I don't like it" and she told me that it was good and "ten years"-- I guess she meant ten years younger? Who cares? She didn't listen, was rough, and just wanted to get to the next client. Never again! Heidi at Absolute Hair evened it up for me--and it will take forever to grow back. Lesson learned. Don't go there.

Although they where very nice and did my girls hair good, she cut my hair much shorter than i wanted and my bangs and kept cutting and combing my hair roughly while doing it, its layered and i didnt want it to be and there are long pieces left and overall kind of a messy job, i left sad because i just wanted a small trim and my bangs are above my eyebrows with some long pieces left :/

Charged 70$ for a very simple haircut. Should have done it myself. Very dissappointed.

I see why this place got 2 and half star review. I am new in town. One of my relatives told me about this place so I tried anyways. It was my first time and it will be my last. First she rushed to cut my son's haircut like a robot. The back of his neck got cut all over (see attached photo). I was there already so I decided to have my haircut too. It was the same. She rushes the cut so fast to go to the next customers.. it was the worse haircut I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to have any hair service here.

Don’t trust her with highlights. I asked for blonde and this is the result, she charged me $60 and I had to spend another $200 somewhere else so they can fix it. Worst experience ever.
