My dog suffers from dermal allergies. Sometimes they are so severe that he injures himself scratching. Our veterinarian recommended Cytopoint and Wobbly's been doing great on it so far. Finally he can get back to what he loves to do - barking at the garbage truck and being too darn cute (like you want to just aggressively squeeze him) while sleeping. Thanks Diamond Vet!

My experience is quite old. However, I have discouraged anyone I can from patronizing this place! Bought in my injured dog. They removed one leg. Padded the bill without explanation. And displayed a 'nasty" negative attitude toward myself and wife! No follow up! A real sense of " hustle 'em in, do surgery and get paid and forget 'em." I am satisfied that my words and recommendations have lead people to NOT take their animals here!

Some of the ladies who answer the phone sound rude or annoyed. The vet techs and veterinarians are nice though

There are many reasons that we recommend Diamond Veterinary Hospital: The outstanding technical expertise of Dr. Longoni and every staff member; the interested, concerned, caring, and respectful manner in which my dogs, and my husband, and I, are treated; the willingness to see my dogs without notice for emergent issues; the development of test plans for necessary future testing for my dogs’ complex issues; the cost-considerate freezing of expensive leftover test stimulant for use on future tests; the urgency of referral to specialists when needed for in-depth emergency care; the teaching of medical background information and the rationale for treatment decisions; the willing consideration of our inputs to treatment plans; the sincere and heartfelt condolences when a pet is lost; and the overall healthy and happy lives that our dogs enjoy through all these efforts. Every staff member rises above expectations. I do not intend to omit a single name. A special thank you goes to the proactive, effective, caring, and detail-tracking Berlin, whom I feel has adopted us. Also cherished are Receptionists Tracie and Janet, as well as the Vet Assistants who tend to us regularly: Jenny, Elisa, Kim, and Sally - who always provides a blanket or towel for the dogs, and a huge hug for us when needed. Our two Yorkshire Terriers, Madison and Roxie, born in August 2011, related though not sisters, have complex health issues, including Diabetes and Cushing’s Disease, and other interacting challenges. They need the caliber of care offered by DVH. We recommend DVH for these many reasons.

I messed up and thought this was an emergency vet. The service reps instantly texted me with local emergency vets. That quick thinking is really appreciated, as my dog was having a seizure.

Because I can't put minus infinity stars! The practice of this establishment is to care for your animal based on how quickly you can give them money. Our pup was in dire need of emergency surgery to save his life. They refused to care for him unless they would be paid upfront 4 to 10k. Upon taking our pup elsewhere after dropping over a thousand dollars there, they didn't have the decency to forward his x-rays to his other vet. They surgery was so severely urgent that his surgery became an after hours exploratory surgery leaving our dog with extra cutting that could have been prevented had Diamond sent the x-rays and a thorough report. Diamonds practice is shameful! Thank God we were able to get him to a vet who cared enough to save his life! I will never go to or recommend Diamond to anyone!

Staff members are obviously true animal lovers!!!!!
We are experiencing the same exceptional care for Willow as we had for over 15 yrs with our dear Aspen. We wouldn't take Willow anywhere else!
