Purchased a 2017 Camry from Pharaohs Motors, about 6 months ago. The experience was great. Even though there were a couple of payment hickups and a small delay in licensing due missing letter from previous owner, they took complete responsibility and were happy supporting through the documentation process. The car had minor key fob issues within the first day of purchase, but they came home to replace the keys and had no problems since then. Have been using the car ever since, completed 2 regular services at Toyota dealership, no mechanical issues identified and is running smooth.The price offered was reasonable too. Definitely would recommend checking the place out if you are in market for a pre-owned car. Just make sure to do your due diligence and get a Pre purchase inspection done before making the decision.

bought a car about a month ago a blue ford fit for about 9k works great, had a bit of trouble trying to get in contact with them regarding the registration and plates when it came time to get those but still happy with the car.

Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! Super ways to work with and definitely willing to help you get the right car. The car I purchased the alternator went out the next day and the owner of this dealership drove all the way to me 45 minutes away and put a new alternator and battery in for free! Even gave me a visa gift card because they felt so bad! Defiantly a 10/10 dealership!

I bought a 97 Volvo 850 GLT and the seller Mark was very helpful and offered a great product, he even gave me rubber gloves before the test drive (if your reading this in the future this is the day before the state wide quarantine) to keep any germs out of the vehicle if I had decided not to purchase. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a healthy car for a reasonable price. I’ve owned the car for 12 hours and it’s been fine so far, I’ll update if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Edit: the very next day the vehicle is leaking oil out the left rear of the engine while it’s running. Possibly a head gasket, valve cover gasket, exhaust camshaft rear gasket, oil feed or return hoses to turbo. Will update again after I make it to mechanic. Update: I talked to Mark and he decided to eliminate the $175 I still owed to help cover the parts and labor costs to replace the PCV box and the rear Cam seals and even offered to have his mechanic do the work. Based off this response I have concluded that Mark was not trying to screw me over like some other smaller dealerships by selling a lemon and was oblivious to the signs of a clogged PCV box as was I. Update 4/27/2020 the right side CV axle disintegrated while I was driving. Apparently both cv axle boots on the wheel end of the axle had torn boots and enough dirt eventually entered the right side axle bearings and it exploded leaving me stranded. And as I was stopping after pulling over I put the car in park and I believe since the right axle no longer had connection with the wheel and was still rotating even after the car had stopped the rotating force of the axle was enough to shear the parking pin inside the transmission meaning that the car now rolls while in park with the hand break off and without a foot on the brake pedal. I’m not sure if they seller knew about the issue and decided not to mention them or if he actually didn’t know and the mechanic either phoned in the inspection or didn’t bother to mention the worn parts

Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Needed a new car since my last one was giving me problems. They seemed really nice assured me that the car was in great condition and that they had done a thorough inspection of the car. Come today I have had the car for less than 6 months and it needs 7,000 dollars worth of repairs on a 16 year old car. I wasted 4,500 dollars and now need to buy a new car. I will never go back here again and be lied to and deceived about the product I am buying. Do your research and bring a mechanic if you decide to buy from here.
