I purchased a truck bed from here for my rusty, Alberta ram 3500, SRW. It was completely rust free and had only a few scratches. Even had a spray in box liner. was very pleased with my purchase. They even held it for me 6 months until I could get down there.

Horrible customer service and prices. Not sure why even go there. Three times more expensive than gundies or b&r, just because they are truck junk yard. Would never go there anymore

Buyer beware extremely high priced for junkyard parts. Worst customer service ever I will never be back. Give you hard time when you want to make return when they offer 90 day return policy. (I purchased parts blindly over phone tried to return on pickup. John got snooty and said I’m out of here noon on a Friday, and advised me I had to comeback for a return. Yes just look at other reviews. They are happy to take your money but won’t stand by returns without a hassle. Customer is always wrong here with a 20% restocking fee on overpriced junk. Just look at other reviews I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews before shopping. Truly hope this saves others. Can’t see this place staying in business without a serious attitude adjustment geared towards customer service.

Hello , recently I received a response from Al's Lynwood Truck parts saying I made a one star review about their attitude and he responded with an apology.
Just to let people know I did not write that review and have never been to this company in Washington.

Horrible customer service, I came on Friday before they closed for Christmas, I just needed a used battery. There was 10 min til closing and they wouldn’t let me see if the battery fit in my car. By the time they closed I was still putting my old battery back in my car and they stood outside watching me. One of the employees approached me and yelled that they’d tow my car if I didn’t hurry up. Another dude said “you won’t get your car back til Monday” Didn’t understand why they were so rude.

I went to Al's Truck Parts in Lynnwood to get seats and some other parts for my vehicle. I looked at the seats and they looked in good condition so I looked at some other parts in the yard on the vehicle but the parts were not in good condition so I only bought the seats. Now the problem is they sold me seats for the wrong model year after walking me through the yard to look at other parts for that model year they sold me seats for a totally different year. Now the seats are not with the vehicle in the yard and the model years in question look almost identical. The seats were also not labeled with a model year. Needless to say, I tried to install the next day and everything fit except the wiring harness did not line up. I still thought maybe this was a mistake in good faith. I called and asked about exchanging them for the right seats or to get a refund, even offering to pay a 20% restocking fee. They said they did not know why I bought the wrong year, but it was not their problem and closed the conversation with the comment "Buyer Beware" before abruptly hanging up. Unreal that they took me to look at parts for the correct model year for a steering wheel but then sold me seats for a different year that don't fit, seems like a little more than an honest mistake and they are awful to deal with. The one thing I will agree with them on is BUYER BEWARE at Al's Truck Parts. They are unprofessional, unpleasant, and will not make things right, even if its obviously their fault.

Prices are a little high, but very easy to deal with and they know where their parts are.
Edit:
Prices keep going up and the guy I spoke to today was pretty rude. I was trying to explain to him that the window switch for a 2015 f150 is iinterchangeablefrom 2015-2020 F150 as well as superduty. He ta ta'ed me off and said since I know what I'm looking for to just give him a stock number. After doing that for him he gave me a price of $74. This part is $75 brand new in the box at the Ford dealer...

The worst buying experience.I would not recommend it to anyone, if you have no choice and have to buy here, inspect everything carefully and ask lots of questions about what you will get so you get what you pay for. Not a trustworthy business.Service: Part finding & extracting

I’ve used Al’s for 5 years now, my dad has used them for my whole life. Great customer service, quality parts. They charge what parts are worth, and the few warranties we’ve had to do are smooth. If they don’t have something they can 9/10 times tell you where to find it.

Do not recommend shopping here, get ready for the worst customer service experience ever. You would think they would care about the customer but all you get is the most rude cocky comments from these salesmen as if they are the kings of parts. Save yourself the time and do not shop here. Prices are ridiculously high, even on damaged parts! They know they are scamming people that they go as far as telling you to shop somewhere else and just hang up.
