My 50 year old turntable was not working. Hany repaired it perfectly and now it's as good as new. His work was reasonably priced and completed on time. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

My 9yo Song 65” Bravia 4K television all of a sudden went out on me! I decided to google for an electronic repair biz. Came across Alpha Electronic Group, made a phone call and scheduled an appt! AEG was very accommodating and helpful! Diagnosed the problem, communicated with me if I wanted to proceed w the repair. Received my tv in better condition than purchased and in a timely manner! Pricing was fair and reasonably! I would definitely refer any friends/family to Hany of AEG! I will continue taking ANY of my electronic devices to AEG. Thank you again! Fixed my subwoofer so that it was even better than new. He had to completely rebuild it, but it now works even better than factory. Highly recommend!

I took my game table to Hany. He was very nice and he was convinced he could fix it. After several months he told me to come get it. It wasn’t fixed , but he said that he was waiting on Parts and that he would make a House call to finish it. He never answered my calls again,so we went with somebody else. Whatever he did, caused more problems ( no power to the monitor now) and the once pristine cabinet is all banged up. I had such high hopes. Sooo disappointed. I guess maybe I’ll give him credit for being so convincing, but an F for following through and being honest.

This friend knows his job and does it extremely well, he is very kind and very honest with his prices. I will definitely come back to have my appliances fixed. I have two Sanyo boomboxes from the 80's and I leave them like new. Thanks very much buddy".

Probably one of the few legitimate Electronic repair store in Washington. I drove 26miles and it is all worth it. The store owner is so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my Tv with a pretty good deal. I am happy with the service. And i recommend taking your TV to Alpha Electronics group before buying a New one.

We are glad to have had Hany help us with this project. He was helpful and had our interest at heart. We are still working on getting it completely restored and when we do I will be making a new custom cabinet with Hany’s work inside it sitting on top of the RCA VICTOR 110k. Thank you Hany. My Samsung TV's picture was jumping/flickering and I was able to bring it in the same day I called. Despite being clearly busy, it took less than a week for repair. Hany was extremely personable and he does not price gouge. I will fully recommend his service to anyone in need of electronic repairs.
