My first time coming here and I’ll continue to come back. The Alem combo was absolutely delicious. Portions were generous. Flavors were flavoring. And service was so welcoming and nice. I was introduced to Ethiopian culture and foods over 10 years ago and ever since then I have loved the culture, the food, and people. 10/10 experience

The doro wot, a $23 dish, contained one single small chicken leg that was not tender. The meat dish was also not tender. Tough and chewy. Both meat dishes were overly spicy despite me asking for mild. I have had amazing Ethiopian food at other restaurants, and this clearly was low quality.

After exploring numerous Ethiopian markets in search of fresh injera, we discovered Alem Market and Grocery, and we are glad we did. Their injera is simply exceptional. Recently, they've expanded their offerings to include delicious Ethiopian cuisine, making it our go-to restaurant in the area. The customer service is consistently excellent, adding to the overall delightful experience.

Alem market is a great restaurant and grocery it has great customer services and great food I recommend it to anyone who is looking foreword to a good Ethiopian meal.It deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion.
