John Wilson of AdvocateOne Telecom has assisted our company on more than once occasion now and there is a reason that I keep calling for them. John's service is impeccable. He's customer service forward always making sure, we as the client, knows whats going on and how he is going about fixing the issue. Not only that, but he is also willing to educate on why these issues are happening and how we can avoid it in the future. Advocate has taken care of a couple projects for me, and they have been outstanding to work with. Patrick, Collin, Jon, and Jed, along with the rest of the staff that I have worked with are all very knowledgeable and professional.Everything from design to implementation had gone incredibly smoothly, and the post install support has been great. I could not recommend them enough, and will continue to use them for any telephony needs.
