Had rough idle issues with my Mazda, used code reader and it said cylinder 2 misfire. Called and they told me what to do, if it was a bad coil pack or bad plug. Swapped coil packs between cylinders 2 and 3 and had the same 2 cylinder miss fire, turned out to be a failed plug. 15 dollar fix compared to 70. They are great and now my go to part store. Awesome people.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in to buy a cheap battery for my car. They did not have that one in stock. But they gave me the next level up for the same price. Absolutely cannot beat the or knowledge at this place.

The problem is the rudness and attitude your met with when your a customer and you state your dissatisfaction... even when you explain the situation.Oh yeah they nice and smiles when doing buisness that takes your money, but when you start asking for a refund they all become a bunch of rude bumkins.I'll tell you this much, they won't work for the customer , and if they do its like pulling teeth. Also part prices are very inconsistent** what is marked on the shelf is not what it rings up as, and that's "blamed" on old tags not getting changed.Good luck on calling them you will be put on hold or hung up on.Also return policy is a joke.

Great service, great inventory, staff treated me with respect and assumption of intelligence even though I am female. A breath of fresh air in an auto-parts shop.

We were traveling through and our car was having battery issues. Our car literally died in the parking lot. Tony was awesome. Came out diagnosed the issue. Helped us get right back on the road. They even gave us a discount because we were traveling. The best! I would go to these guys if I lived in the area.

Needed a machine shop open on the weekend to press old bears off and new bearings onto axles. Provided bearing press adapter (recommended by OEM) and bearings.Dropped axles off on Saturday (April 15th, 2023). Called Monday (April 17th) to get an ETA for completion, knowing that there is work in front of my request. Associate could not give me an estimate. Put me on hold and never came back for >15 minutes. Hung up and redialed the store, spoke to a different associate who gave me a vague “a few days” to complete. Called again on Tuesday (April 18th) for an ETA. Put on hold for >15 minutes. Multiple time the phone was picked up and immediately put back on hold. Hung up and called back and spoke to a different associate who was able to give me information that I was missing retaining clips. Ordered parts and wait for assembly of axles. Thursday (April 20th) called that axles are ready for pick up.On Friday (April 21st) installing axles, found three of the eight axles studs splines stripped and another one was torqued to the point of cross threaded (see attached pictures). Called and asked for the manager who then passed me off to Steve. He listened to my concerns and let me know that they did not use the bearing installation tool I provided. He immediate called the Toyota Dealer and had new stud on will-call for me. I picked up the studs that evening. On Saturday (April 22nd) continued axle installation, found the hub bearing backing plate was bent. The backing plate (parking brake assembly) nests into the back side of the rotor, the plate was not bent when assembly was given to Advanced Auto Parts, but it was returned bent. It appears that the axle was pressed allowing the force of the press to be placed on the backing plate. If Advance Auto Parts would have used the press adapter tool that was provided, this would not have occurred. My main complaints are as follows;- Associates regularly put customers on hold and do not return. This is a similar complaint that other have stated in their reviews. Advance Auto Parts obviously has not resolved this concern and continues in this behavior.- They have no planning or scheduling of work to give customers a general time table of when to expect their parts back from the machine shop.- Machine shop accepts work but is not open on weekends.- The workmanship provided from their machine shop is sub-par, not worth the time and frustration.Though Steve made good faith attempt to “Make it right” which is appreciated, the quality of the work is extremely disappointing. I definitely will not recommend Advance Auto Parts and will follow up with the machine shop who recommended Advance Auto as a secondary provider due to their work load.Do yourself a favor and call a company that values it customers and whos primary business is as a machine shop, not an auto parts house that pretends to be a machine shop.

Great, had an oil filter and O-Ring for my 1952 MG. Told O'Rilyes I needed an gasket for a canister oil filter and they said what's that?

Nice shop but I have been overcharged 4 out of last 5 visits. The price at the register is consistently more expensive than the price listed on the shelf. Either on purpose or due to inflation, IDK but check your receipt.
