Such rude customer support. Asked if they had a part, employee says “well if you don’t see it, we probably don’t have it.” Implying as if they might have it, but won’t help me look for it. Had to buy something else too, but with that behavior, I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

We were looking for screws for a crib, we looked at lowes and got no help. Went to Ace and were about to give up when an employee helped us find the perfect screws at the best price.

The nut house. They have all kinds of nuts, bolts, screws, and fasteners. Really amazing selection.

The staff here has always been very helpful. This is my go to place when I need something around the house. The pickup service is convenient and the carpet cleaning rentals have come in handy.

I’ve picked up a couple of website orders here and the staff have been right on top of things each time, fast to greet me, retrieve order items, and complete the transactions. Staffers are knowledgeable about products and methods too, which is nice when you know most of what you want but not… quite… certain?

The guy the runs the lawn mower repair department is a joke, my father in law went to have his mower worked on and blade sharpened and it came back worse than it went in! Blade was loose, spark plug cap off, cables to the levers disconnected.. bolts stripped..pure laziness and bad quality..what a joke.

I really used to enjoy going to this Everett Ace hardware location, but not anymore. I liked how any one of the associates would ask, upon entering, if I needed any help. Not one of the 3 associates I could see even acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help.
After looking around the store, I ended up asking the non-busy cashier for possible products to remedy home issue. I was met with incompetence & unwillingness to even TRY to find a solution. It was like talking to a robot with any logical thought capabilities. The bearded man with glasses (possibly in 30’s) said “we don’t have anything for you here”….I asked if they had foam hollow tubing as used for furnace pipes, or the kind used on a/c tubes & he snarkily sniped “Nooope” twice.
I saw a possible solution before I had asked for help (rubber tube replacement for re-covering yard tool pole handles ) so I brought it to the cashier, not even looking at him being so perturbed by his limited mentally not suited for working in a hardware store. He should not interact with the public.
As I purchased the product I found he was condisending in his last few sentences to me.
I will avoid this location if I see him in there again. I don’t need the frustration & sass from a person hired to help customers as a retail employee. I was kind & courteous. I should receive like minded customer service.
