I was very delighted to know they had wonderful customer service.I had a great experience during my recent visit at AAA Transmission.Jeremy and his team provided me with professional and quality service in a timely manner.The (AAA Transmission & Auto) shop at 1202 Chestnut St In Everett Is my favorite mechanic shop to go to. and I will recommend anyone who wants quality service to come here

They were incredibly helpful and super understanding. Being young and inexperienced with cars, it’s always a big worried about being ripped off by mechanics, but these folks had my best interest at heart. Service was quick to diagnose the problems, and just as fast getting the repair done. Dropped my car off at 8am on a Thursday after scheduling an appointment earlier in the week, they were looking at it by 1pm, and even after I held off for 30 or so minutes to give the go ahead for the repair, it was done well before 5PM to pick up. I was worried about it being a multiple day job or super expensive, but the price was fair for what needed to be done (broken serpentine belt and a busted water pump). I didn’t get the feeling they were pushing unnecessary additional work, I came in thinking it was transmission problems but they stayed focus on the main issues. I was also worried about it being more expensive considering I have a older Prius, but it didn’t seem to be an issue and they were more than happy to explain where certain things were in my engine bay considering I have next to know working knowledge about any cars, let alone a hybrid. On top of all this, they helped my car get through a snowy hill that I had trouble getting up, and were super accommodating throughout the whole experience. Big incentive to pay cash which I personally didn’t mind, but important to consider nonetheless. Would definitely recommend!

Jeremy and Ed really saved the day for me today!! My radiator blew up on my way to work, had it towed to the shop and he told me he could have it all done today and for a GREAT price! They even fixed another issue free of charge. It’s hard to find an honest auto shop and I’m so glad they’re so close to my house! 100% will be returning in the future and recommending them to friends and family! Thanks again guys!

Other shops in the area were backed up two weeks but Jeremy said I could drop my car off same day. I had it towed Friday morning and picked it up Monday evening at a reasonable price point. 5/5 would come back for repairs again

Jeremy quoted me a very fair and reasonable price for my transmission rebuild. Dropped off the car Monday at closing and said it would be ready on Friday.All as good as promised on price quote and time. He even fixed another problem that wasn't talked about at no extra price.Very knowledgeable and reliable person.I highly recommend his business

Awesome experience! Affordable, knowledgeable and personable. Reached out around 10pm via facebook and Jeremy replied early the next morning telling me to drop the car off at 9am. I had two stripped subframe bolt holes that were giving me all sorts of trouble and Jeremy had it all fixed and my new lca bushings installed within an hour. 2015 awd lexus f sport. Jeremy locked out the cam phaser on my Ford F-150 Tritan 5.4L 3v replaced the sparkless spark plugs and pulled a damaged running board straight again in 48 hours. We discussed the issues with the motor and he came in $620 less than what he quoted me. Anything and everything I do to my vehicles I’ve brought to Jeremy since I was 18 I’m 29 now and I’ve never had an issue!He works on my cars and I have him look at cars before I purchase and he never steers me wrong. He is very versatile in all aspects of vehicles.I’ve also had him build me a few performance motors. Jeremy is awesome! He and Brandon replaced my rack and pinion on my FJ, I could instantly tell they would treat my truck like their own. Way faster and about $1,200 less than 2 other quotes!! He even did some minor housekeeping on my diff and skid plates!! I didn't even need to ask, he said" needed to be done, so we just took care of you!" Who does that??!
