We used AAA Kartak for whoe house custom closet and garage storage as well as bathroom frame shower enclosure in our newly constructed house. The recommendation came from the builder, and we are happy with the work and service provided. The people who worked on our project were experienced and amicable. The business took great diligence to avoid rework/mistakes, and were reasonable in time to complete the project as well as were wallet friendly. They proritized what they could as soon as they received the components and parts needed. I will recommend them for custom closet as well as shower enclosures.

Kartak, has been great! We are a new Toll Bros home owner and Kartak has been working with us to fix our glass issues. At times they maybe busy but if you are patient and persistent they'll make things right!

Technicians were prompt, communicative and considerate. Our double buttressed glass shower door turned out great. There was one very nuanced inconsistency that we reached out about and their warranty department was fast to respond and had the issue taken care of in no time. Will absolutely use again and recommend to anyone else.

They were very timely with the estimate and flexible with delivery. The installation is well done but it seems like they should clean the fingerprints off before they leave. Spending thousands to see a dirty finished product takes a bit of the wow factor away.

We learned about AAA Kartak from a MainVue Homes employee. I worked with Taishi. I found him very professional and responsive starting from quote requests to the completion of the installation. He provided us all the information we requested, as as well some information we did not ask but were important for us to know. We are very satisfied with the work which involved installation of a wall sized mirror in the hallway. The price we paid was significantly lower than another quote we received from a different vendor. I highly recommend their services.

Great service from start to finish!! Maddie was very helpful in explaining our options and showing us pictures to get the process moving. I was pleased with how quickly we got on the schedule after the parts arrived and was even more impressed with the installation team. We've had contractors come prepared with booties to keep their shoes off our carpet and floors, but these guys actually took the booties off when they went outside and put them back on before entering. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me it was. Thank you for assisting us and we already recommended you to our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

I had a shower door installed in my renovated bathroom. Final product is great. My original order was in November 2021 and final install was in April 2022. Original install was schedule for January 2022. The crew came out, installed the side lite to the door and then figured out the hardware for the door was incorrect so they could not install. Checking all the components prior install any pieces would have been a better move, but they just started installed without any QC. Having only the side lite installed for 4 months was a pain. I suggest a bit more on the quality control front. Also, being a bit more proactive on the communication front would be nice. I had to call to get updates, they never reached out first. The only item that they were on top of the entire time was payment... If you want a nice shower door, I recommend them and would use them again. (BTW, their excuse for this is going to be supply chain)

I was looking for additional shelving for my walk in closet that they initially installed 11 years ago. They were very helpful with the design and got me what I needed. The entire team from start to finish was super friendly, quick and did a great job in providing what I needed and have it align with what was I Italy put into place.
