Disappointed with quality of service. To be honest, my car looks cleaner (inside and out) when I do it myself and it takes me less time. The windows (interior) look worse than before the clean somehow. I reached out to the business to ask if they could come back and clean windows and guarantee their work from their website which includes "streak free windows" (for the express cleaning) but they did not offer to do so and said I should pay for a more detailed service next time. I was sent a 10% off coupon for a future service but with all due respect I won't be using this company in the future because they clearly don't guarantee their work. $220 later and I will have to clean all my windows again (as well as remove other areas of dirt missed outside my car). Credit due for a thorough vacuuming and no extra charge for mobile service but otherwise cannot recommend this business for their express service. *note: picture of back window with the finger marks are from me to show all the residue on the window* Update in response to owners response: There were no threats made to your company and all conversations were via email and professional. See last photo of screenshots of my "threats." Yikes. Do not go here, friends. Follow up to owners most recent comment that they stand by their work: I was never told you would come fix my windows so not sure what you mean by standing by your work. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB as I will not tolerate slander.

the detailing services from Miguel team are amazing! I bought express details option and they really took care of my car on time but also carefully with a reasonable price. the team came to your place and did the service where you want your car to have the service. I would highly recommend.

Miguel is passionate about cars and what he does. I was very impressed with his control of the polisher and desire to achieve perfection when he came to training. Any business who invests in ongoing learning is a business I recommend for paint correction and ceramic coatings! You can truck Miguel!

A1 is officially my go-to mobile detailer. They always do a great job and today they absolutely went above and beyond by helping me put the top back on my Jeep Wrangler. They are thorough and priced well! I highly recommend.

This was before and after, when it was finished it looked and smelled like it just came off the showroom floor.He was able to show up right away, and was the only one company in Washington that was able to come that day ...not only was he courteous and professional the job was unmatchable in detail.Thanks ? again for going above and beyond to help my girlfriend, we were so grateful plus without a doubt know who to call in an emergency situation next time.

Arturo did a fantastic job. Interior looks and smells great. They use their own generator and water so he pulled up next to my car in the apartment garage where I live and did the job right there. I will be referring A1 to everyone I know who doesn't clean their own car. I will also be giving their business card to my boss. It was a huge relief to not have to worry about childcare in order to get the car cleaned; they came to our house! These young gentlemen were polite, hard-working and thorough. Their company design provided several appointment reminders (which was much appreciated by my frazzled-parent-brain self) and was open and honest with pricing and services. Any items they found were kept in a neat pile outside the car, so I could decide what toy pieces I wanted to keep or toss (they didn't assume anything was garbage). I think they are well-priced for the thorough work AND for bringing their service to me.

Miguel was such a gem! He arrived promptly for our 8am apt and did a fantastic job detailing the interior and exterior of my Sedan. I’ll definitely be making another appt soon. Super convenient to have someone come to your home instead of dropping it off somewhere else and having to wait or arrange a ride.
