We have been coming here for 15 years. Not sure why but every single time we come here the appointments are 1-2hours late. The prices have skyrocketed and the service got worse. This last time it was $750 for two dogs X-rays and I waited for exactly 30 days before I called OFA to find out that my dogs were not even in their system, and that the staff at this vet facility never bothered to send off my applications. I have been coming here because the X-rays were good and it was worth the drive but now I am cutting my losses. After talking to the supervisor they refused to do anything to compensate us for their poor service, or a real apology.

I had an appointment for my puppy's second shots. The vets helper came and check my puppy's temp and did a minor exam. The veterinarians helper informed my wife and I that there was an emergency c-section puppy birth happening. We were good with that. But when the veterinarian assistant sprayed something in the room that we were placed for the exam, my wife and I are allergic to perfumes and scents. So my wife and I were getting sick sitting in a room waiting for a veterinarian. The staff at the front desk were actually rude about us asking about how long the procedure would be, as we were getting sicker in the room from the fragrance that was sprayed. Theveterinarian was awesome, but my wife and I are allergic to perfumes and sprays.

This place is really nice. After calling all other vets in my area with no availability I got hold of Timberland vet and they had availability . I was suprised that I have been able to get her in on the same week or w not having to wait months and months.

I have been with this vet clinic for 15 years I called to day because my dog had blood in her urine they could not get me in until January 4th I have never been treated this badly from this vet clinic ever I have taken my dogs and went to a new vet I will never go there again

Dr. Cheryl McDermott is amazing. I trust her with my beloved hounds completely. We drive 40 minutes to her clinic. She has a new facility and state of the art equipment. She provides a great service and her pricing is fair. She has helped us greatly and I appreciate her staff as well.

Really disappointed with this place. We took our dogs in a couple months ago for a new patient appointment and they happily took hundreds of dollars from us.A couple weeks ago my dog broke one of her teeth and I have been calling since trying to get her in for an appointment, and they have never called me back. I understand not being able to answer every call, but one would think a business would be able to return multiple calls within a couple weeks time?Guess when the time comes, we'll be setting up another new patient appointment elsewhere. Very sad ☹️
